Off the beaten path. Although it was quint,staff at front desk/ matter a fact/ . Had to pay head tax. Even though I had already paid for room. No continental breakfast as I was persuaded to believe. They wanted to much for their breakfast. A bed@ shower.

The location is excellent; Line 14 of the metro is a 7–10 minute walk away. There are numerous restaurants and cafés nearby, as well as a pharmacy, a cheese shop, and bus connections.

The building’s insulation is very poor, and the room was often cold during our visit in December. The air-conditioning unit used for heating is weak and somewhat noisy. The AC automatically switched off after a certain period of time, so the room became very cold by the evening.The walls and the floor are cold. There is no separate heating in the bathroom, and since the door closer keeps the door shut, showering took place in unpleasantly cold conditions.

Wifi is awful in the heart of Paris!!Bad smell during the afternoon at the receptionSporting and breakfast area are connected and under the basement, was not hygene at all

Very good stay for the price and good location (though some walk 5-10 mins from Metro). Staff very helpful and secure parking in a nearby underground facility. Clean comfortable room. Recommend.

Parking a short walk away meant carrying bags across the street but it was fine (though very tight entrance - be very careful!). The bathroom was clean and effective but needs some maintenance to shower hose/head.

Being in Paris, rooms and bathroom are better than expected.Bed is big size

The location was great—just a 5–7 minute walk to the M14 metro line and only 2–3 minutes to the bus station. There were also nice restaurants and boulangeries nearby.

Even though we stayed on the 2nd floor, the Wi-Fi was really bad.The bathroom was a bit small and too crowded.

Cleanliness is superb! Highly recommended

The staff were friendly. We arrived ahead of check in time but we were able to left our laguage to the hotel and we went on strolling the place.

The shower was not clean- full of mould. They didn’t even clean the soap and soap wrapping paper of the previous traveller

The room I had was dirty beyond comprehension. It is very disturbing that I found hair, both from the head and it looked like body hair in the bed. Further on, there was dead insects by the bed. The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned, urine on the seat and in the bowl and residue in the sink.

Location was good for the regular spots we intended to go to. Air conditioning was necessary and worked

The wifi connection in our room in the 4th floor did not work at all; not even for a search in GoogleMaps. For an online meeting where I had to give a presentation, I had to look for a co-working space.For breakfast, we preferred to go outside as the breakfast room was in the basement.
