Super Location, best cleanliness, attentive staff, enviroment

Its location: close to transit station. Hotel was new and clean, great decor. Room was modern as well.

TV chromecast did not work as well. My requested 1 bed was actually made up of 2 double beds beside each other. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated often. The comfort corner lacked many towels and toiletries. Front desk on call wasnt helpful.

They are under remodel and the elevator is under construction. So kinda scary.

The area is a bit loud at night, but it is a very central area, right by the metro and walking distance from the Louvre, rue de Rivoli, La Seine, good restaurants and cafes around.

This hotel was so terrible and unclean that we checked out after one night.

All good. But remember that it is an apart-hotel, no restaurant or daily cleaning of the rooms. With that in mind, enjoy, the place is pretty good and the location is excellent.

Location was excellent. Metro and Trains right out the door and a hub for both Charles de Gaulle and just about anywhere else you want to go. Busy, fun neighborhood.

Rooms, particularly bathroom was just a little dated. Not a bad comment but noticeable vs many US style hotels.

Safe, quiet, great location (1 min walk to metro station) , wonderful staff. The best hotel I have lived in.

As expected in most European hotels, the room is not big. While the room does sleep 4, it was snug.

The staff have been very helpful, particularly with booking our taxi to the airport and giving us a call on that morning.

There was a smell outside of the hotel which was not pleasant.

Location of the hotel was perfect. Close to all city attractions, shopping and train to the airport. A lot of restaurants nearby to choose from.

Hotel is a bit outdated. But they were clean.

I stayed for two weeks the first week I had a one bedroom facing the courtyard. The second week I got a one bedroom with two windows one facing the mall and one facing the Square. This second room was way better it was a little bit more updated

The location you can¿t really beat you just have to get a good room because some of the rooms are a bit tore up

Location

One of our rooms was next to the lift, which was very noisy. We asked to move at 7pm and reception said it would be done while we were at dinner. Nothing was done. At midnight my friend went to insist on a room change. It took an hour. Nobody cared.

1. Great location 2. Modern clean room 3. Fluent English speaking helpful/courteous staffs 4. Free espresso/teas in lounge I would definitely go back to this hotel.
