I liked the location of the hotel, it was close to everything I expected. The hotel it self is very good and the amenities are also great, the complimentary coffee and all other small things was such a great bonus!

The breakfast was good, but i think it was lacking more products. Because there weren't a lot of options for the fruits and vegetables, but overall, that wasn't the worst thing.

The room was only small but had everything you needed the room service changing towels and cleaning excellent. The breakfast was excellent value for money setting you up for the day highly recommended. Location was near the metro which is a good way to get about.

Worst experience at the reception, extremely rude receptionist, claimed that no reservation had been made. When I showed my booking confirmation, he still claimed that I had to leave the premises. Only after I threatened to call the police, he was willing to find a solution. This is unfortunate because, apart from this person, the hotel is very solid.

Great location, the breakfast was amazing, super close to city downtown 25 mins by train!

Breakfast was pretty good, the receptionist that checked me in was very nice and welcoming.

Rooms could be bigger, but their size are in line with Paris offerings.

Dire, Dreadful and worth reporting

The air conditioner did not work and it was in the middle of summer. The receptionist told me AFTER I paid. I did not sleep at all and I had to get dressed with the door open the next morning because I was sweating in the room due to high humidity. I have never gotten dressed with my bedroom door open so that if people passed by they can see me!!! It was literally the worst hotel I have stayed in. The second receptionist came with ice to put in a standalone air conditioner that failed miserably too. They were the absolute worst!!!!!

Poorly maintained and not very clean. The carpeting in the room was disgusting. The shower didn’t drain, the air conditioning made a ton of noise and did not cool. The flatware at breakfast was dirty and we had to search for clean ones in the bin.

plenty of choice at breakfast. tea and coffee available during the day. staff were very friendly. we had 2 rooms booked the staff did offer to keep our cases in storage as rooms were very small and we were only stopping for 2 nights before going into the next part of the trip. would absolutely stay again.

Very friendly staff, very clean, cleaning every day, towels are changed, upon request bed linen is changed....... delicious breakfasts, tea, coffee is always available, hot water. You can leave your suitcases if you arrived outside the check-in time, there are photo zones, good location. There is an elevator all floors are accessible by elevator if you wish you can take the stairs to use, the view from the window quite pleasant. The mattress is super comfortable

The room is quite small and I did not like the furniture. Because, for example, the bedside table did not have compartments, there were no doors, that is, you could only put something on top of it, there was no place to put the suitcase, so I had to unpack it and put things somewhere, there was a shelf only for outerwear. There was no safe in the room, I had to carry my passports with me, which was quite scary
