Cons -
- The ad talked about the breakfast, turns out it wasn't included and was an extra charge. The room was incredibly small, some flip down shelves or something to put stuff on would be nice.
- The air conditioning was actually a fan . Wifi access was spotty or non existent in rooms.
- Yes everything no aircondation

Very small bathroom.
Location near to lifelong tower, clean rooms
Very small rooms
Staff was incredibly nice and helpful!
The rooms are tight, not atypical for Paris but the shower specifically was difficult for my partner being a tall broad man.
Friendly and supportive staff
Size of washrooms, no drinking water in the rooms
It was clean.
Every thing. The size of the room and bathroom were tiny. The staff were not friendly.
It was clean.
The rooms are ridiculously small. The bathroom and shower are tiny.
Location. Cleanliness. Bed was comfortable and warm. Hot shower.
Tiny shower cubicle accessed by stepping over toilet. Room was dark as there was no light near the table or clothes hanging area. Towels were old, thin and scratchy.
Nothing , zero. Nada!
When I booked this hotel, it appeared to be a decent and charming place. However, it turned out to be a scam! The hotel is located in a decent area, but nothing in the photos matched the reality. For the price, you could have a much better accommodation.Upon arrival, we couldn’t find the hotel because the photos depicted a different location. The second issue was the elevator. It was only designed for one person with one piece of luggage, and it was shared between staff and guests. If you’re claustrophobic, this hotel is not for you. The hallway is extremely narrow, and the room is even worse. There’s no space for anything in the room. I had to wake up my husband if I wanted to use the bathroom. If you’re in bed, your view is the toilet. If you’re looking for a relaxing place, this is not the one. The staff starts their day around 6 or 7 am with their noise, yelling and even if you put up a “do not disturb” sign at the door, they still enter your room. This is unacceptable behavior. We discovered that our room was between staff storage. It was a nightmare! You will wake up scared with the noise. The day we were finally checking out (thank god), my husband was super sick and with the zero space to pack, we were late 15 minutes and people were already knocking at the door in an aggressive manner and letting us know that check out was 15 minutes ago. While pushing luggage out of the room, the door closed with some items inside and the key did not work anymore.I was trying to ask for help from the housekeepers and they were rolling theirs eyes and not helping me get my coat that was still inside. They don’t care and don’t speak English. After all that, the elevator was taking off by the staff. They were moving around their work stuff while we were trying to check out .My husband was able to go downstairs with the luggage but I did not fit so I had to wait for the elevator.
Location bur nothing else
It wasn’t clean it looked like it needed some work especially the elevator and some amenities There was an odor of sewage the whole time and I complained they didn’t do anything about it. The staff was nice but looked underpaid The whole hotel needs an uplifting and I have to say it is not at all worth the price It’s a 2stars
Location
The room was too small for the bed. There were no places to move around. We had 2 luggages and 2 bags. We placed all our bags to one side and the room was already full and had to use one side of room. Lacks wall plugs and usb chargers to the side of the bed is not strong, charges mobile phone very slowly. The next day, cleaning staff knocked and asked if we want room service to which we agreed. When we came back later during the day, they didn’t clean the room or changed the towels. We told reception, they will ask them to do it properly tomorrow. The next day they only changed the towels but didn’t clean the room or make the bed. We told reception twice about it but still the cleaning staff didn't do a proper job. We booked a king size room but the room was very small and congested. From pictures it looks same like queen size room.
The location and the cleanliness of the hotel was great.
The bathroom was a bit small.
It ruins your day
The room is so small that you cannot turn around yourself in the shower, the elevator is so small that only 3 person can be packed without any space.. the breakfast room is so small you cannot even have a line to get what you need. You have to ask for cup, glass, cheese, spending lots of time. we asked if we can leave our luggage when we check-in they Said yes. When checking out I had to wait elevator for 25 minutes to go downstairs. Then the luggage room was full already.. I asked whether they can reserve a room temporarily for luggage, they only recommended to late checkout for 99euros, we had to walk under the rain with our luggages and found all the lockers are either full or closed on Sunday. We have chosen this hotel being close to city but it does not make sense when you have to carry your bags with you. There were no help from the reception at all, and at least 8 people were at the same condition. Many could not go out since it was raining.
Good location, very quiet with local restaurants around and close to the tower.
Rooms are extremely small for the price. Especially the bathroom.
Lication
Elevator too smallShower too small and tight
Excellent location, comfortable bed, and the guys at the reception are very helpful and kind. Loved it!
Location is very good, near to Eiffel Tower and 50 min for walking to Hotel Place
The room and shower IS too small
This property is in a great location:) very walkable to food and the Eiffel Tower!!
I feel like it’s very overpriced for how small the room is and there wasn’t even a fridge or microwave in the room
