The location isn’t in the city center, but there’s a train station nearby that takes you to all the main tourist attractions.The staff was great, we had an issue with our room, and they were very helpful in resolving it quickly and finding another room for us.

It was very clean and comfortable

The breakfast was too expensive for what was available. But that is just a matter of our taste and it may have represented good value for someone else

The location is excellent, close to two metro stations on line 7. There is a super market next door. My bed had a very good mattress and staff was really friendly.

It's very dusty, I had a dry nose and throat due to allergies.

Staying at campanline prime was a great experience, staff was good, enviroment was excellent, breakfast was excellent. Will visit again.

Room was small as compared to the price paid. Space was not enough to move around the room.

Bathroom in general was not confortable, but enough.

Close to public transportation. Clean room. Sufficient space for two people. Many restaurants around. Breakfast is good.

Compact but very cosy room. Double bed very comfortable with spotless linen. Shower excellent and very clean with very good lighting over the washbasin. The full length mirror was a nice touch . Loved having the kettle for making tea and coffee. I thought the comfortable and spacious bar/ reception area was very inviting. A welcoming area to sit and read / relax in with a coffee or drink. Staff at reception so welcoming and friendly. Very happy with my stay.

If I have to add anything some coffee mugs instead of paper cups would be a nice addition in the room.

The beds are very comfortable.

The tea and coffee weren't really topped up during our stay. The walls are thin so if you're a light sleeper then maybe this hotel isn't for you.People were smoking in their rooms so it did smell at some points. Just to note if sensitive to smells.

Location is convenient, especially if you have to catch an early flight in Riissy - CDG. And it's in Paris, so close to metro stations.

The room was not cleaned well. There was dirt smudge here and there. It was not too bad but could be improved. .

Exceptional

The cleaning ladies on the 8th floor were very loud. They were very loud from the very morning. It was impossible to sleep.

Great hotel! Close to shops and the metro. The area is very friendly.

Great location. Confortable, clean and warm rooms, excellent restaurant with breakfast, lunch and supper options. The staff were all really friendly and all spoke very good English.

Lunch at the weekends would have been good but I suppose there's not enough demand.
