    Pros +

    • Kitchen, balcony, spacious, coffee always available, bathtub, staff was welcoming.
    • Friendly staff.
    • Basic but functional hotel, photos make it look nicer than it is, the lobby could really do with a design update. Close to two metro stations with easy access to downtown. Lots of grocery stores nearby.

    Cons -

    • No separate window, just balcony door. No air conditioning. Thin walls. Allergens: maybe mold. Had to buy an air purifier.
    • Photos online were totally different than the actual room. Our bathtub is broken and you can see the inside of the flooring and the wall covering the tub. It was also not that clean, there were dirt marks on the walls, tiles..
    • Dated facilities and property. The water was completely turned off in the morning on two days during our stay.

Room super cold at ground floor and super small. Breakfast ends at 10am.

It was clean when we arrived. Location is good.

We were accommodated for 4 days and nobody came to pick up the garbage in the room. The night of our arrival we didn't have the blanket for child, and receptionist said that he cant give us blanket before morning, so we cover the child with our jackets! There is an awful smell in whole building.

The apartment is very secure and on a quiet street. The bed is comfortable and I slept very well there. I checked in at 9.45 and the reception was still open; they told me that reception closes at ten but if I arrived late a security guard would be able to let me in. The studio apartment room was large with a good kitchenette and full sized fridge. The shower had really good water pressure. They provided plenty of towels and toilet paper. The room was very clean; I stayed six nights and they cleaned the room and changed the linen halfway through my stay. There are metro stops and buses very nearby that connect you to all the sights of Paris. There are also supermarkets, cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

    I have no complaints

Nice apart hotel with excellent connection to city center

More frequntly cleaning of the room

    8DavidPosted on: 8-17-2025

Location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the outdoor courtyard was very relaxing. Metros nearby, fancy supermarket a few blocks away. Spacious room with balcony.

Only thing I did not like was no air conditioning. In summer with the heatwave, this was a big problem for sleeping. I'd definitely go back when it's cooler but not summer.

The room was spacious .Beds were comfortable, the kitchen has all the basic necessities such as pots ,frying pan silverware, cups, plates and even a colander .

There was no air conditioning ,the fan they had in the closet was all dirty I had to clean it.Bathroom was lacking body lotion. The breakfast was next to nothing ,no eggs or cheese just some yogurt and croissants. They had a box of bananas sitting a nearby storage room and they didn't even bother getting them out for guests. It was very disappointing.

The apartment was spacious with a balcony. The bed was firm with a full kitchenette. The staff was amazing, especially Sveltlana. She was extremely helpful.

The smell in the kitchen was awful and got worst by the end of our stay.

Staff friendly and helpful. Apartment was a larger than I had expected, clean and modern with a large balcony. Had all things needed hair dryer, ironing board, iron, equipped kitchen, etc. Neighborhood local and quiet with lots of restaurants, cafes in the area. Will definitely stay there again.

    8LidiaPosted on: 7-5-2025

Spacious, comfortable bed, there were all the tools that you need like iron, hair dryer, many hangers, slippers, etc.

There was no air conditioner for cooling the room, there was just a fan, but it's not the same when outside is very hot (39 degrees).

Location was pretty good but definitely in a loud area. Close to two train stations and relatively straightforward to get into the city.

Mould in the apartment in the shower grouting, sticky floors, insanely warm and lack of ventilation.

We loved the location and the breakfast! The studio was very clean and comfortable.. would book again when in Paris.

    10CristianPosted on: 6-7-2025

Really good positioning, not a sketchy area to stay, as close to metro as possible

All shops nearby close early, plan ahead if you are going to stay late in the city

    9AmandaPosted on: 5-1-2025

Lovely staff. Very quiet location. Nice to have the kitchen area. Good transport links to the main sights. Nice area with good eateries and supermarkets nearby plus a little park nearly opposite. Felt very comfortable and at home. Helpful to have a fan in such unseasonably hot weather!

For a twin bed room, the beds were very close together. We were given a sponge to wash up with but it wasn’t good to wash down the counter with. A cloth would be nice.

    9JanPosted on: 4-30-2025

Very friendly staff. Room was great.

Would like to have had tea bags and coffee in the room.

    9AnnaPosted on: 4-30-2025

The place is very quite and nice to relax at after a long day out, as is the neighbourhood. It's only 3 mins walking distance from the Nation metro station and the line has only one connection to the CDG airport and is direct to the main attractions. The only downside is the travelling time is abt 30 mins one direction. It was very positive for me that the studio had an iron and a board already in there.

The only downside is the travelling time to the main attractions is abt 30 mins in one direction. The kitchen is not not equipped with forks and spoons which is not a bad thing from a hygienic point of view considering there is no washing machine but just a note to bring some with you for the stay. Everything else is available and just enough.

Location was ideal for those parts of Paris we wanted to visit. All the staff were friendly and supportive.

The room was small, we had to eat our meals at the desk and there was no option other than to sit on the bed. Bathroom needed refurbishing.

Good staff and good facilities including microwave and cutlery.

Breakfast should be more enriching and should have better options.
