Location, staff, comfortable bed

Small room with no place for luggage. Limited natural light in room. No view other than concrete wall.

Characterful room with spacious bathroom, modern and comfortable with thoughtful touches. Great breakfast options and friendly, helpful staff.

The room was super clean and the hotel was overall very cute and charming. The room also has a small balcony where we were able to enjoy the view and sit outside

The room was very small. The hotel is in a great neighborhood, very local and well connected to the public transportation, but quite far from the main tourist attractions.

- arrived early, receptionist let me wait in the reception 3 hours till the official checkin time of 2 pm. - first offered room(changed later)had a very small bed (we were two adult friends) and with extremely small window/balcon with blocked view

Welcoming staff, clean, good area, good breakfast would stay again.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to the metro, the rooms were clean with comfortable bed and nice sheets, but not spacious enough.

The breakfast was unacceptable with extremely low quality (esp when it costs 16€): the food (eggs, pancakes) was totally plastic in microwaved containers, the waiter was touching everything with bare hands and also, it had very limited options. Also, there is no proper isolation so you could hear the other tenants.

Very Clean and good value for money.

It’s a bit further out, but no fault of the hotel and it only added an extra 20 mins of walking which I enjoyed.

Rooms were not cleaned on time; no sugar or milk after cleaning, had to request water and had to inform reception who were helpful. Breakfast very poor for vegetarians.

The Hotel have nothing special

The room smelled musty and damp. Despite my 3-day stay, it took them 2 full days to move me to another room. Then the door stopped working altogether — their response was: “We’ll take care of it, but we don’t know how long it’ll take. In the meantime, you can go for a walk outside,” even though it was 30°C. The issue took nearly 3 hours to fix.To top it all off, because I had barely 2 minutes to pack up and move rooms, I forgot my AirPods. And — what a coincidence — they mysteriously disappeared. When I checked their location, they were in a suburb of Paris.

Location

We had booked and paid for a room with a bath and a view. We got neither. We had a tiny bedroom with a shower that looked out onto concrete walls. I asked about the room I had booked and the receptionist was both rude and unfriendly. I would not go back.

Nothing really, you can't change the size of the bedroom...bathroom made up for it!

Breakfast was amazing

I was a little bit, disappointed with the fact that the staff wasn't properly cleaning the rooms. While they were changing the toiletries, there was a lot of dust on the floor and other things from the ac vent, I had to mop the floor physically myself

Friendly hotel staff, clean room and a great location.

The size of the room was very small, a bit tricky if you have large suitcases.

We received a friendly welcome. Easy to find. Our room was a good size and the bed was very comfy. Great bathroom.

Great location, 20 min walk to le marais and lots of great food and drink options nearby. The room was small and cozy, enough for 1 person.

Walls maybe a bit thin, I could hear people walking and talking in the hallway on their way to their rooms. The room was also pretty small with limited storage space but enough for me personally.

Brand new, clean and quiet

The hotel is modern and comfortable and the staff are lovely. I can’t recommend the 11th arrondissement enough as an area.

Chic room and nice bathroom with Nuxe products.

There was no coffee and the room is very small (perfect for one person though).
