The hotel staff confronted me in the lobby. I was being interrogated after I left to go wash a load of laundry. I didn?t feel like a welcomed guest, I felt like I was being targeted and discriminated against.

Close to metro and my favorite restraint, L'ARGUMENT at 121 rue de la Convention.

Great location in 15th, 5 minute walk to the metro station. Nice staff, good breakfast, nice and clean rooms.Always tea and snacks for customers.Good value for moneyFully recommend!!!!

Staff extremely helpful, some more knowledgeable than others on parking, but overall kind, courteous, with a desire to make your stay as comfortable as can be. Pizza very tasty, and appreciated with a glass of wine in the small and cozy lobby... it was most welcome after a late arrival! Bed comfortable. Breakfast room and offering are generous, varied and cozy, with fresh orange juice pressed before your eyes.

I stayed at that hotel on two occasions, and in both cases there were issues with the bathroom. First stay: Excessive presence of mould on the the shower stall tile grout. Second stay: No hot water to speak of in the shower/tub, the water was lukewarm, unlike the sink tap which was hot, therefore unable to warm up when I arrived in a room that must have been kept between 15 and 17 degrees Celsius. Once settled in for the night, you do not want to repack and resettle into another room, so you just have to grin and bear it, which is unfortunate. Get a room court-side, rather than street-side, especially on weekends if you want a quiet night.

I won't describe bad but the hotel doesn't have AC. For me it was ok but if someone can't deal with hot weather, that could be a deal breaker.

Loved the breakfast, it was very good that we were able to get a vegan option. Very nice staff throughout the hotel. Very clean and comfy. Great location. Just prefect.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the lovely birthday card left in the room. The shower was amazing, bed was comfortable. The room was clean and had a daily housekeeper. Breakfast was a lovely spread of choice, highly recommend the fresh orange juice literally squeezed and pressed at the press of a button.

Would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facility in the room to make a cuppa on your room rather than go down to reception.

The breakfast was very poor. Little selection if any at all? Little choice there. Had to go and buy breakfast afterwards

they are good mannered....nice people and very helpful

The day time receptionist was polite and tried to be helpful though the odds were stacked against her

The air con is locked to not be able to blow below 23 degrees, bear in mind it was 36 degrees Celsius in Paris whilst I was there. When I queried this I was offered some cold water instead. Also the lift is tiny, two people in there would be too many. Rooms are outdated, small and dingy. The elderly man that looks after reception at night was angry and rude to me when I had to knock on the hotel door when I came back late at night and he had locked the main entrance doors. It seemed he had been asleep in his office and I had woken him up. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again

Not much space for clothes

The hotel location is very convenient, not far away from the Eiffel Tower and with a good amount of restaurant and cafes within walking distance. Very well connected to public transport and the staff is super friendly. Perfect for a weekend getaway in Paris. Good value for money.
