Hôtel Baldi by Magna Arbor

The location of the hotel is nice and room has a balcony with good views of Paris.

There was a constant strong odor coming from the bathroom which ruined the whole experience for me. Sometimes the odor was really bad so I could not stay in the bathroom any longer.

Very bad attention the reception control the AC and they want to put hot or they turn off very bad costumer services 1 day the AC is broken and the receptionist said it was late to call to fix it wants only 9 pm he said open the window

Just under £150 a night for a deluxe room and the door scraped the bed as you walk through the small doors, that just shows how small these rooms are, wouldn’t like to think how small a normal room is. Air con didn’t work and room was boiling hot even though radiators turned off but exposed pipes meant the room still got hot.

Really nice place reasonable walk to Eiffel Tower and close to the metro pretty easy to find and check in was smooth they have a cool elevator and the room was spacious enough and felt completely and clean small balcony but nice everything felt comfortable and peaceful you don’t hear the train at night if you upgrade to the view because trains don’t run at night air conditioning unitwas adjustable and perfect I would definitely stay again

The room was booked by them wrong, I got a single vs double room it was tiny.

It was a good place practical location, clean room, very friendly staff. The room was small but have a practical interior design that you could do everything you need for an 1 or 2 nights stay.

The bathroom was quite small, and have narrow space but in Paris for a good room rate you can not expect much.

The space was very small and barely adequate for two people. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor and lacked basic amenities. There were also signs of poor cleanliness, with remnants left by previous guests in the toilet and hair in the sink. In my opinion, the price of the accommodation does not reflect the quality of the services provided, and the photos on the Booking website differed significantly from the actual condition of the property.

In the city, very quiet after long travel/sightseeing and close enough to all known sites via train… less than 30 minutes.

Even though my daughter warned me, the single room bathroom is tiny but doable for a couple days. Recommend to get double occupancy room for a much bigger bathroom.

location is ok, staff was alright. It was not noisy, on breakfast I cannot comment

the room was VERY small and did feel a bit like a cell (both from a decoration and size POV) in the bathroom it was hardly possible to move around. I was worried about the narrow staircase and the lack of additional emergency exits if there would have been a fire.

20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Metro stations are close to walk, room is great for the price. We stay for Christmas holiday and the receptionist gave us box of cookies as a gift very sweet of them ☺️ we also got the room with a little view of Eiffel Tower. Very grateful for that.

I’m a light sleeper so metro and noises in corridors woke me up in the morning. But my mother slept very good all nights so it’s just my problem.
