Convenient location and very friendly staff.
Room had a hair dryer that did not work and also a water boiler that did not work. The room was noisy from the street below.
The room was very compact but perfectly lovely as was the bathroom. I slept well with delightfully comfy pillows. Also, a little lift is always such a relief with a really heavy suitcase (my mobile home for 9 months) and a dodgy hip!!
Could I please ask for a hair dryer in the room attached to wall or a hand held one?
Comfortable and friendly. Nice clean rooms. Good location!
Nice and comfortable location, clean room.
The walls are really thin, so you can hear your neighbours steps. Also the staff was not friendly.
Comfortable beds and great continental breakfast, for an additional fee
Rooms were small and quite noisy
The location, walking distance to Gare de Montaparnese. Lots of yummy eateries around. The bath tub and shower are excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak good English.
The bed/ mattresses are too soft for our liking.
Comfortable bed
Shower was not working properly and cleanness was ok!
Location, very convenient, walking distance to subway stations.
Convenient - many restaurants, walking distance to the train station.
Nice and helpful employees, clean rooms, comfy bed
Small breakfast, would recommend eating outside if you have time
The location is excellent! The cleaners do a great job!
The reception could be improved, nobody to help you with luggage on arrival. I honestly think arcadie could do better when it comes to receiving guests
Homey atmosphere and furnishings, good breakfast for decent price, considering.
Room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size.Lots of different types of restaurants close by, with a good vibe.Location was ideal for an early morning train from Gare Montparnasse.
Reception was rather brisk both arriving and leaving.
location
The electrical outlets either didn't work or wouldn't hold the the adapter. A decent cup of coffee besides instant would have been nice.
Staff were amazing. Room was a good size. Very close to station.
Location, reception nice, room mostly ok
Window to the indoor corridor!
Central location, breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful.
Very strategically located, easy access to public transportation and amenities.
Nothing really! Just minor things such as the small lift, and long route to my room that is located at the back part of the hotel.
Comfortable beds and great continental breakfast, for an additional fee
Rooms were small and quite noisy
