Big spacious suite, great location and nice/helpful staff

Nicely presented hotel very close to Gare de Nord train station. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Free coffee and tea in the lobby (Nescafe).

The rooms are small and overpriced even for Paris! The room was a larger room for the property but was still the smallest of small rooms. There is not enough room to open a suitcase let alone two. My wife had to open hers in the bathroom. It looks so lovely on booking.com but it is trick photography. VERY disappointing and it ruined what was supposed to be a romantic Valentine's evening in Paris!!!

I’m not sure how this hotel manages to have a 4-star rating, as nothing about the experience feels 4-star. The staff is not very friendly, and the hotel itself looks to be in poor condition. Rooms are not cleaned unless you specifically ask, and even then the cleaning is not done properly.Additionally, staff enter the room even when asked not to, and there is no sign or system in the room to indicate whether housekeeping should enter or not. There is also no room service at all.Overall, the price is not good value for money. At this rate, you’re better off choosing a 3-star hotel..

The staff is courteous, helpful, and very professional.

The rooms are small. The rooms are not clean daily. The noise outside of the hotel is loud and noisy which made it difficult to sleep. There were people hanging outside talking loud at all hours of the night.

The Hotel was good located, warm and nice for spending a weekend. We also got some coffee and an electric kettle in the room. Respectful and nice employees.

The hotel is rated 4 stars but we didn’t find it under this category. The sofa bed creaked loud in the night and when we asked for the room to be clean, they only put some new towels but didn’t make the beds. These are basic for those hotels under this rating. The breakfast costed 18 euro and it was poor with no much food variety, really basic. For the price we will choose in future another hotel.

We booked and paid for an extra night so that we might have a hot shower prior to night time departure for the airport. Unfortunately,when the time came, there was no hot water.

For a hotel in Paris the location was every thing I feel the stuff was super nice very attentive and there was round the clock free coffee!

2 of our 3 rooms weren’t ready at 3pm. Fire alarm went off at 7am apparently due to a guest taking a hot shower. Corridors narrow and very small lift.

When i rezerved the room i see they have parking. But dont have it. Its with payment. Near at hotel.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There is a resting place to have free coffee or tea near reception is a plus plus for us to relax after an exhausting day out sightseeing.

The room is rather a bit small.

The proximity to the euro star station and metro

The lift accommodates only 2 people at a team while the stairs are small hence not easy to use. The breakfast is quite limited for vegetarians. The staff is lean so anything required has to be collected by the guest from the reception. The gym is quite basic.
