    Cons -

    • The hotel smell like body odor ,toilet didnt work, the light fixture fell off and was hanging by the wire the tv had no programing or any kind of signal the beds were kid size there were no pillows instead of a matress i had a folded blanket IT IS A DUMP
    • The bathroom smelled horrible even when I didn't use it. The WiFi was horrible and I couldn't get much done because it wouldn't work. I would recommend staying at another hotel in the same area.

The property is not bad but after I paid I was sent a message that checking starts around 3pm next day and the washroom doesn’t have water to flush.. it’s really a waste of money and I will never go there again

Right next to the Eurostar station. There was an excellent bakers just round the corner. Not much else.

The room was fine if a little small and cramped, i.e. bed too small for two people and the shower was cramped. The staff barely had any English so was difficult to find things out from them. There was breakfast advertised but none was available on the first and third morning, when it was available it was barely adequate for two people. There was a dog sleeping in the small rest area which spent time begging for food. The Owner was anti british and was unwelcoming. A maid tried several time to come into the room whilst we were there and her reason was to give us coat hangers? The room was cleaned once but not very well.

    Location

This was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. The property is in serious disrepair: broken door handles, a bathroom door that wouldn’t close, mould in the bathroom, a broken shower head spraying everywhere, a non-functioning soap dispenser, intermittent toilet flushing, and broken bedroom curtains. Even basic comfort was ignored — the pillows were unusable, one completely flat and the other rock-hard. Room service was chaotic and unreliable, sometimes not turning up at all and other times arriving at random hours. Hallways and stairwells were cluttered with dirty room service laundry, creating an unsafe environment. We were also forced to return keys on checkout, despite this not being mentioned in the booking. The hotel is poorly maintained, poorly managed, and not worth the money.

Staffs are helpful, location is central.

The bed is crap. It is not flat. Feels like it’s used for decades.

Well located. Lots of restaurants, shops and just opposite the train station

Reception staff on day of arrival wasn’t nice.Reception staff on day of departure (next day) was very nice and helpful.

Close to the station ( gare du Nord) Bathroom was Ok , room’s temperature acceptable

I Hotel was very noisy, untidy ( a lot of devices and cleaning equipments were put by the staircase making the stairs passageway narrow ) , receptionists were not friendly at all , as if I was there asking for charity, the reception place was messy with a couch in front of the reception desk very disorderly with crinkled sheets laying over .

It's next to gare du nord and it has a bed.

Mouldy shower, very small bathroom, quite small room for the price, absolutely sad breakfast (somehow they managed to burn and undercook ready made croissants at the same time), receptionists are not very friendly.

Close to train station. Opposite it

Not sound proof. , bathroom was not leaking, bad shower.

It's a good hotel for the price you pay.Thé only thing that's not so handy was the fact that you only can check in at 15PM.. So if you come to Paris, and Travel with a lot of stuff.. go to the station Gardu nord, and put your bagage in a Locker there.. But our room was clean, and even with a small room, it was cosy! We had 2 Windows where we could see the busy Streets of Paris. The Boss of thé hotel was also kind to us.

We could only check in at 15PM, and we arrived at 8AM.. so.. it was not so handy

    Worst hotel of my life

Horrible experience. I have booked a double room and they have given me a single room. The staff is really rude and they will try to outsmart you with everything

The property was dirty . I was bit on my entire body by an inceste. Bugs in my room. All my skin was mal in point. I can’t describe my désappointement.

Great short stay , on 5th floor nice view of Paris Streets. Fitted with an essential lift. Right along side Gard du Nord . Plenty of bars , fast food and restaurants in area .Clothes shops also near by . Nice staff clean rooms . Good value for area

    No kettle

Very good location. Room was very small, but adequate.

We were Charged Twice for the stay. Booking .com paid in full in September. Then we were charged again!!I only found this by checking my credit card statement.I did speak to the hotel who have assured me that they will refund- But - as yet- no refund. The communication before my stay was very poor- no e mails answered so was quite hard to get confirmation/acceptance of he booking

Easy access to Paris Gare de Lyon

Cleanliness of the room was ok but could have been better. We had a double bed and one of the bed’s sheet was not well washed with some hair inside.

Extremely Disappointing StayThe rooms were small — which I don’t mind — but the service was absolutely unacceptable. There were no tissues in the washroom, and even after repeatedly asking, no one ever brought any.On our first day, a cleaning lady knocked on the door and, within seconds, started opening it while we were still in bed — a complete invasion of privacy. We told her we didn’t need any service at that time and informed the reception about it. Later that day, we returned to find that someone had still entered our room despite our clear instructions. On our last day, just ten minutes before checkout, the manager herself knocked and immediately began opening the door with her key — while we were changing! When I confronted her, she shouted back, saying, “You have ten minutes left!” I was shocked and disgusted by this level of disrespect. The only positive thing was the location, with a metro station nearby, but the surrounding area felt unsafe — full of drunk and addicted people on the streets.Overall, this was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
