The room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also large and spotless. The bed was super comfortable, and everything in the room was well maintained with all the necessary amenities.The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Before my arrival, I mentioned that I needed a kettle to take my medicine with hot water, and they immediately arranged it. It was already in my room when I checked in such thoughtful service.The location is perfect. The metro is only one minute away, and you can also walk to many of the main touristic sites. The area feels very safe and lively, with everything nearby.Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is located very close to the metro station. The rooms are very comfortable and warm.

Best shower ever ! It has been a long time since we had such a small efficient and perfectly working bathroom . Breakfast is great too .

The hotel exceeded all our expectations of a stay in Paris. The location is very convenient, close to the metro. The breakfasts were delicious. We loved the Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The room was nice, cozy, and very clean, while the hotel is in a strategic position for visiting the center of Paris. However, I think the real unique selling point for this hotel is its staff. Everyone has been extremely kind and always there to help us with every need - for example, when they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and even after check-out.

The reception was very warm and super friendly. The rooms were very clean and bed comdortable. The hotel is just next to the bus stop and. a very short walk to the metro.

The short walk from the metro stop was a little sketchy at night. but all is fine, maybe its just me.

Location and it was clean

-there were nothing in the bathroom like toilet paper,toothbrush etc -the bed and the room is small/tiny-noisy because of other guests-the staff was rude

Great staff! Friendly and helpful ! The breakfast was the best hotel provided breakfast I have ever had. Metros nearby. Restaurants everywhere. We will be back!

The room wasn’t very large, but it worked perfectly for a short stay for three girls. We really appreciated the cleanliness: every morning we found fresh towels and the beds neatly made. The bathroom was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, which made a big difference after long days of walking.

The only suggestion for improvement would be to check the efficiency of the electrical outlets, as not all of them seemed to work properly.

Amazing location - nearby metro, many restaurants around, walking distance from main attractions.friendly & helpful staff, and a functinal, nicely decorated room. While small, which is common for Paris, it suited our needs. The barhroom looked brand new.

There is only 1 very small elevator - this may cause guests to choose the stairs, which can be noisy if your room is located just next to the stairs / elevator.The pillow was not comfortable - was too soft for me.

Where can I start. The space was not what the pictures indicate, particularly for the price. The place we got was worth half the price at best.

Excellent location! Good for walking, close to train station, cafes, patisserie, brassieres,. restaurants and shopping. 20-25 minute walk to main attractions but much to see along the way that makes the walk seem shorter. The area may appear to be a bit, underwhelming at first, but its super convenient and we felt safe both day and night.Small boutique hotel. Very clean, modern with a pleasant atmosphere and staff. Although small, bigger than older European hotels. Quite manageable with small luggage, for a short stay. . Don't carry huge suitcases, if you can avoid it.We were allowed to check-in early and their is a luggage room which was great. Note that your bags are not tagged or kept in separate spaces or lockers. We didn't have an issue, but something to be aware of.

In a hotel, it is always a fine line when something goes wrong — what truly matters is how the staff and hotel management respond.In my case, upon arrival, almost everything that could go wrong did go wrong. However, I must sincerely commend the management and the entire staff: they took the situation very seriously, handled every issue with great care, showed genuine appreciation, and offered a sincere and credible apology. This is exactly how one expects a well-run hotel to treat its guests.The line between satisfaction and dissatisfaction — or between a very poor review and a very good one — is often extremely thin.This review is therefore directed exclusively at the hotel staff and management, who reacted in an outstandingly professional and exemplary manner.

The beds were good, the bathroom was big and bright, good location!

The heating system in the room was hard to control, so it got a little too warm at night.
