Great room. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again.

The building was charming; the room was very comfortable and clean. The view was beautiful; I was able to watch the lights on the Eiffel Tower every night from the window. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Steps away from the metro, and located in a great neighborhood convenient to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

This is not a complaint, but just something to be aware of - the water gets very hot, and the temp can fluctuate quickly.

Friendliness of staff and gave use very usefull tips. We even got welcome gifts. Lift is a big plus. Free still and sparkling water fountain at reception. Very close to Metro station and some really nice small restaurants just around the corner. Would highly recommend La Matissia.

LOCATION was fantastic! Room as pictured. Nice quiet, safe area. Plenty of grocery, wine, restaurants within a couple blocks. One block from Poissoniere metro, within 20-25 mn walk from several tourist destinations and if not walkable, just take the Metro. Staff was super helpful and pleasant, facilities clean and bed was VERY comfortable, great blackout curtains. Elevator so didn't have to drag luggage up the stairs. Hairdryer and clothes steamer in room, Nespresso machine with pods in room was a nice touch, small kitchen and fridge, towel warmer in spacious bathroom and great hot water and water pressure. Full length mirror in bedroom and makeup mirror in sitting area so my friend and I could get ready at the same time. Highly recommend for girls trip, couples or small family.

This is my 4th time coming here . I adore this place. It’s homey and spacious and clean and at the very best price .

Location is perfect, walkable from the train stations and 3 min from the metro. Service and amenities are just as great. No breakfast but there are easily a handful of boulangeries, cafes and restaurants within minutes.

Very comfortable small apartment that was perfect for my husband, adult son and me. Loved the large elevator, which we needed for my husband who is somewhat disabled, and dining suggestions from the front desk.

Wonderful hotel! We staid in the penthouse with a view of the Paris rooftops and Eiffel Tower. The room was quiet and very beautiful. We will always remember drinking a glass of wine with the windows open to the city watching the Eiffel Tower light up every hour. The bed was very comfortable as well.

The apartment was nice, with two bedrooms, and an open area with kitchen/dining/living room. Location was good for use of metro and restaurants nearby. Line 7 on metro with stop a block away accessed Palais Garnier, the Louvre and Galeries Lafayette Haussman and other attractions directly. Staff was very helpful to answer questions and towels were provided as needed. We felt comfortable and safe in the apartment.

We were two couples. Sharing one toilet in the middle of the apartment was a surprise and not a real positive experience—would have been okay if a couple and children. The ‘bathroom’ shower and sink were part of the bedrooms. Glad to had the two walk-in showers rather than bathtubs, but all in the bedroom was not what we expected either.

Location was excellent - a short walk from the train station and easy to find. Check in and check out was easy and the staff was helpful with restaurant recommendations. Phillipe personally showed us to our room and explained the door codes, how to open the sofa bed, etc. We tried the restaurant recommended to us for lunch, and the food was fabulous! The hotel was near the Metro. The room was clean and in excellent condition. Paris was experiencing an extreme heat wave during our visit, so the air conditioning in our hotel room was so appreciated! All in all, we had a fantastic stay! Would love to stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Paris!

The staff gave us a nice welcome and took care of us with excellent recommendations for the “quartier” and beyond. The apartment has a good space and all the equipment you need. Cooled water - still and sparkling - always available in the hall. The bed and also the sofa-bed are very comfortable. It was hot in Paris and the aircon ensured a cool temperature throughout our stay. Metro Line 7 very close and connections excellent; Gare du Nord and Gare d’Est only one station away. Many places of interest easy to reach within 30 min and less by foot.

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. Location was fantastic for the metro.

The place is comfortable and functional. The host is delightful to interact with.

A little cramped, but this is Paris... Lots of renovation/construction going on in that street, which complicated luggage loading at check-out.

The apartment was very clean, cute, comfortable bedding and towels and had all the conveniences. It was a good location and the coffee shop next door had wonderful coffee, pastries and quiche.

Once the sofa bed was opened, the refrigerator wasn’t accessible.

Good and safe location. Free water and fillable water bottles. Elevator. Big and comfortable sofa bed. Keyless entry. Room big enough for 3 adults. Not as noisy outside as with other locations with busier streets.
