Well sized rooms for Paris! Clean, good design, room to open your suitcase (hahaha but true). Perfect for what we needed

As long as you don’t set your expectations too high, it has quite decent facilities, very close to metro station, not too far from many places.

The hot and cold water in the shower was inconsistent, and the air conditioning didn’t heat the room properly.

The hotel location is good, closed to subway M7 line with 5 walking steps and nearby have many kind of restaurants.

no soundproof in room and flush toilet position is bad then I can't sit in proper. (Room no. 205)

The unit was clean and comfortable. The location is great and I was able to easily bike downtown and explore a lot of stuff in Paris. I would personally recommend an AirBnb if you can find one as hotels in France don’t have a mini fridge or microwave. Would’ve been nice to have some better amenities.

The WiFi is really bad as it’s pretty slow and frequently disconnects. You can also only connect up to two devices (every room gets its own WiFi). I ended up using my data and hotspot most of the time so I wouldn’t rely on this WiFi for anything important. The unit does require you to leave a room card (used for unlocking the door) in the room for the electricity to work and the card sometimes the card gets de-activated by coming in contact with your phone. The gym treadmill didn’t work and the gym had a very strong fish smell.

Nearness to metro and supermarkets

The shower’s hot water is inconsistent, and at night there is a noticeable pipe smell.

The first impression was very good. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful from the beginning until the end of the stay. For the price, the accommodation is very good.

The lack of hot water was a major issue. In the 21st century, it is unacceptable not to have hot water for showering, and on some days there was none at all. Privacy was also not respected — even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign displayed, the housekeeping staff still entered the room.

Staff were very friendly. Great help with everything. Room was so clean. Very comfortable.

No free WiFi was my only issue.

The hotel is at the centre of Paris, just adjacent to Seine and also close to 2 metro stations. The room is very clean, along with washroom and bed is very comfortable. Hotel has lift and dining area as well. This hotel is more than valid for its money, will definitely visit again if in Paris.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I did not like any of the facilities. The building was extremely noisy – you could hear doors slamming even from the first floor. Our room was not clean when we checked in, which is unacceptable. There was also a very unpleasant smell on the first floor, like strong spices or something oily, and it never went away during our stay. Overall, I will not be considering this hotel again and do not recommend it.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and extremely helpful. A big thank you to the fabulous team!My bedroom was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed, and the shower was lovely. The room overlooked the main avenue, but the windows blocked out any noise, which was great. The café area is a bit basic, but useful for doing a bit of work on the laptop. The location is ideal, between two Metro stations, and it's easy to get around. At the same time, it's away from the crowded tourist areas, which is a bonus. The canal area around the corner is also well worth checking out, with great bars and restaurants. A nice, little place to stay when in Paris.

The property was really nice really tidy and clean, the staff were so so friendly really kind, respectful and welcoming. The location is really nice there's plenty of public transport around the hotel plenty of supermarkets and boulangeries. Room was really cozy and warm. But i gotta mention again the staff was unbelievable and I really recommend you won't get disappointed

The shower wasn't really convenient

Well kept hotel. Close to metro, welcoming front desk, espresso machine at front desk, espresso machine in the room. Comfortable bed. Comparatively large room. Convenient for early morning departure from Gare du Nord

Would have been nice to get a complimentary water bottle, if only for the coffee machine.

Wouldn’t stay again

It was old and the whole place seemed cramped. The door wasn’t sound proof and you could hear everything in the hallway. There wasn’t any security until you got to the room and I didn’t feel completely safe. The staff were lovely though

Close to the metro and the lively area of St Martins canal. Area felt safe. Excellent bakery and supermarket adjacent to hotel. Quiet room.

The hotel is right next to the metro. It's clean and comfortable. The patisserie next door is very good.

The room is quite small and can hear and feel vibrations a lot of times.
