Hotel location is close to the metro! The staff were very kind! Breakfast was good!

Small room with a huge bathroom! It would be more usable if it were designed better. Paris is very hot in the summer and there was no fridge in the room! And there is no one-time-use slippers!

Our second stay at Hôtel Massè only deepened our affection for this quietly confident retreat. Cafés, music history, and a certain nocturnal charm sit just outside the door. This time, we were lucky enough to stay in a top-floor deluxe room, where watching snow fall over the city was nothing short of unforgettable. Cocooned above the streets, wrapped in quiet and texture, it felt like a private moment with Paris itself. Hôtel Massè is a place that lingers with you—measured, soulful, and deeply memorable.

You can tell the hotel is new… certain things such as coffee machines not working in the room… to being able to order room service but with no menu/ prices? When we did order coffee or hot milk, for example, they bought one…

Truly an exceptional hotel. Intimate size but spacious communal areas that have been beautifully designed. The main area feels like a sitting room you never want to leave. The staff are kind, welcoming and attentive. This is going to become a true gem in Paris! We will definitely be back & will be recommending to friends. Thank you so much for having us.

The design was beautiful, chic and calming. I loved the lobby area to hang out in with complementary cottee after a long day walking around Paris. The bed was comfortable and my favourite part was the quiet airconditioning! Often hotels overstimulate me because of the loud air conditioning but I was happy it was quiet in the rooms.

The gym was closed for renovations, but was happy to learn they were building a restaurant which I think would complement the hotel nicely.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The interior of the hotel is absolutely stunning! stylish, modern, and full of character. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a simple yet elegant design, and I really appreciated the attention to detail, especially with the high-quality toiletries in the bathroom. The location is perfect, close to great nightlife spots, lovely restaurants, and cozy coffee places. I would definitely stay here again!

Friendly and efficient check in and check out, really gorgeous room with great products, powerful shower (recently renovated and everything’s new), super tasteful and calming. Great location and quiet at night.

Location was amazing! Room was absolutely beautiful and staff was lovely.

A bath instead of shower was hard to get used to but was totally fine! Also it said room service was available but isn’t yet.

Brand new hotel venture. It’s all the right points with decor, convenience, staff, even location. The Paul location actually worked out really well and we enjoyed a show at Le Nouvelle Eve and a fantastic Italian dinner at pink mama, just both down the street. Short walk to Montmartre and the wonderful area, including the magnificent Sacre Couer.

Some of the smart electronics for lighting and air conditioning were difficult to learn, but we finally figured it out.

Hotel Victor Masse is a good value place to stay. It is not luxury, it is a very affordable place to stay. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are decent size. I fit in it so it was okay. It is probably one of the most Central locations I have stayed in. It is convenient to most Metro stations and bus lines. And you can walk anywhere from district 9.

Rooms were bare. Nothing much. No AC, no fridge.

The room was of a comfortable size, however the toilet was extremely small. There's no kettle provided to you for hot water or coffee, but a vending machine in the lobby provides you with water and coffee 24/7

The cleaning lady was always late to clean up our room (she always came in later afternoon to clean when we were either having online meetings or trying to take a quick nap), so we ended up not having or room cleaned for 3 days.

There was an old worned out carpet on the floor, no teapot to make tea or coffee, the room was small and simple, i could hear every sound around me. Its good enough to live in but doesnt cost 80 euro for a night.
