Motel One Paris-Porte Dorée

It was really clean, close to the metro and workers were so nice, also the entrance was amazing to hang out.

The cost of the room and that the room had air conditioning.

I paid for a king sized bed and when I checked in I was given a room with a queen sized bed I had to ask several times for the bed type I paid for.The location was a long walk from the Metro and not near any tourist attractions.The room size was too small for 2 people to share.The bathroom was too small and the floor was slippery.The hotel did not offer any food options besides breakfast.The staff were very unhelpful and did not like answering questionsThe lobby did not have air conditioning

The air conditioning did not work! Room is small! Water pressure is not strong! No shampoo, conditioner, only body wash/shampoo combined. No dining, breakfast price is high!

The room was clean, well-maintained. The location was convenient — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made it easy to get around. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming.

The room was smaller than we expected. There was no water bottle & also no cupboard in the room. One night the security guard was rude. And when we wanted to speak in English, he had to speak in French.

Property was beautiful and staff very nice. Once we got the hang of the metro we were able to travel to the the major attractions.

What we didn’t like was we were unable to turn on heat because it was not available for another couple of weeks. The staff were very helpful and brought extra blankets.

I like this hotel brand. The location was across from the zoo and a large park. It was in a neighborhood about 40 minutes by metro to the tourist areas. Even though I came for the Paris sights, I liked staying further out where it's more relaxing. There were many places to eat nearby. It was near the metro, bus and tram. The rooms were a good size for Europe. The lobby was relaxing. The breakfast was good. Staff were always polite. I asked for a quiet room and was very happy with it. No noise.

Customer service was kind but was not good leaving me without lights for several hours and a room that was so hot I couldn’t sleep. The response when i called the desk, “I’m sorry, it’s upsetting. We can have maintence fix tomorrow”.

I liked how close it was to the subway station. The room was also nice and the bed was very comfortable.

It was a little far from all the main attractions, making it a little difficult to get where we wanted to in a timely manner

The hotel was in a decent location, on the ring road and less than a 5 minute walk to the metro and tram station. Private underground parking for free on site, this was huge. Also our small dog was welcome, again at not additional cost. The room was standard motel one, comfortable enough, very quiet and good for sleeping. The breakfast was fine, for no hot food options it was good. The bar area is a nice option for the evening if you dont want to go out.

Service could be friendlier. Seemed pretty slow to check in. The cost is a bit high for what you get, but it is Paris. Its about 30 minutes by metro into the center, so not necessarily close, just remember that it adds up.

Breakfast was excellent, decor was tasteful but the location was a bit far. Had to Uber to most points of interest was 30min.Overall we really enjoyed the stay and the staff were sweet and attentive.

Distance to most points of interest. The metro is close 5min walk but it takes 30-40min to get into central Paris.
