Hotel employee was kind and welcoming! I was upgraded and she checked me in early, huge after a long flight.

The location was excellent. we loved everything about the hotel for the price we paid.

We had to come to the lobby to iron our cloths. That was, is and will be terrible. The hotel excuse for not having iron was terrible.

The main reception is under repair I think. We asked for twin rooms but where all given doubles and the rooms are on the small side

Payed for some balloons for my boyfriends birthday and they upgraded us as a surprise!! The staff were super accommodating and lovely. Had to hand in your key card for security reasons and everything felt so safe, clean and great location too. Super close to metros and literally 2 mins from the arc de triumph.

The location of this hotel was perfect! The room was exactly as described and in images. The room itself was cosy and large enough for two people and the facilities in the room was great and met all our needs.

The only improvement I would suggest is a mirror in front of the desk for when getting ready, and a outlet closer to the mirrors in the room when using hair tools etc. But could have been resolved if I had bought an extension lead.

Booked twin beds because travelling w brother. Room had 2 beds pressed together like a king bed. Asked reception to separate the beds. Woman at reception refused. Told us that’s the way their twin beds are. We separated the beds ourselves

Very friendly and helpful staff, extreamily clean, everything you wanted and needed, great location and beautiful decor!

It was good enough, just a place to sleep.

Walls were paper thin, could hear people arguing or breeding.

Room very comfortable but nothing extravagant. Staff was always willing to help. Location was excellent….close to Arc de Triomphe which has excellent Metro service to anywhere in Paris.

Great location, clean room. Good value. Helpful that they let us store our bags upon checkout.

Could hear other people in rooms around mine late at night, bathroom door lock was very flimsy. But the most unsettling thing was they kept our key whenever we left the property and we had to pick it up when returning, all as a safety measure. The receptionist said it’s because people had followed guests to their rooms. While I appreciate the security, it worried me about the overall safety of the hotel.

Our room is quite spacious but it’s a suite with higher price. Although located at a side lane of Avenue McMahon, it’s still relatively near to the metro and RER station. Safe provided.

They only provided 2 small bottles of water on the first day only, despite us staying 3 nights. Unlike similar 3 stars hotels, there was no Nepresso machine and no refrigerator.

Great location - just near Arc de Triumph. Good sized room with seating area. Comfortable beds, good sized bathroom and good shower.

Toilet is badly positioned. As a taller person, could not sit straight on toilet as knees hit vanity unit. Had to sit sideways on toilet.

The location was excellent, by a metro and plenty of restaurants and bars.

Very noisy and could hear the rooms adjacent.

Location couldn't be better. A few steps away from the Etoile. Clean room, nicely renovated.

Walls are a bit thin. Sounds isolation is not optimal.

Location is excellent, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, Metro Station, as well as several restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean with good amenities. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests.

The entire hotel, staff, breakfast and room's we well worth the value . Always someone at the front desk. Best breakfast i have had while we traveled.
