Location
Very small roomNot provided clean towels
Closeness to important sites
The housekeeping is regular, on the last day they did not clean the room.
Nice room, close to the metro, warm, clean, friendly staff.
No kettle or fridge in a room, uncomfortable pillows.
Location has good access to metro to get to tourist attractions. About a 20-25 euro taxi one way otherwise.
No air conditioning and even with a table fan the room was uncomfortably hot at night. Very small shower!
Very bad furnishing and food facilities
The bed broke on not one but two back to back nights. On the first evening, it broke when even a bag was placed on it. The second evening, it was broke before we used it. The stay was most uncomfortable for us. The hotel was least prepared to host guests. The breakfast was 13 euros for one croissant and coffee. That felt like a joke. Of course, we took the breakfast outside.Because of the bad sleep on broken beds and poor backup mattress that was given, our trip to Paris went badly during the day as well. We were often sleep deprived and tired throughout.
Good value for the money, location, friendly staff, quiet room
The sheets and blankets were musty.Towels smelled after chlorine.Hairdryer worked every day only in the evening and never in the morning(never knew that hairdryers had opening hours).
Basic and small but perfectly clean and well equipped.
Disappointing and overpriced
Our room didn't match up to the pictures they advertise on the website at all, whereas the other 2 rooms our friends stayed in were closer. The bathroom was so small you could barely fit in the shower. The lighting was almost neon in there, and only one mirror on the back of the door which wasn't useful for 2 girls. Barely any storage or places to hang things.
Convenient location near the metro. Quiet in the room. Friendly staff.
The breakfast is very meager.
The lift worked in the hotel and it was good to have a staffed reception.
The shower was small. My room was a double, but if I had been sharing it would have been cramped. It was quite noisy early in the morning when the bins were being emptied.
Nice location, comfortable and very accessible for public transportation. Will be back
Shower was kind of small but overall OK
Nice staff
During the night bed bugs bite me. I signalled it to the staff at the entrance (who was helpful and provided some plastic bags to separate my clothes) and I sent an email afterwards, but I did not receive any responses nor proper excuses
■ Cleanliness of the rooms ■ Good wifi■ TV■ Friendly Staff
My room was a little small and just overall the hotel is a little bit narrow but the positives outweigh the negatives.
The hotel has a good location, it’s in a quiet side street of a busy street. It’s also near a couple metro stations. The room was very clean and they cleaned it every day. The staff was really nice, especially the guy who just started working at the hotel (don’t know his name). Over all it’s a nice hotel to stay in for a couple days in Paris.
The walls are really thin. I read the reviews of the hotel and some of them mentioned that they could hear their neighbors. Usually it doesn’t really bother me, but it is in fact really loud and you can hear what your neighbors are saying. We were very tired so we fell easily asleep, but I would take it in consideration when you are booking the hotel or bring earplugs. The room is also not that big. We were there to explore the city so we were only in our room in the evening, but also take it in consideration when you are booking the hotel.
The staff is very nice. The hotel is well located, close to several mrt stations and multiple restaurants.
The location was close to the public transport with many shops and cafes . The hotel is ideal to explore Paris city centre by foot.
The size of the room was alright but it should be bigger.
The hotel is pretty silent at night, the receptionist from UK is very handsome and friendly!
The lift is too small to fit two people, i stay for 3 night, they clean the first two night, but not the last night
Exceptional staff! The second room that we received was as expected (very clean, spacious and with a nice view).
The initial room that we received was not at all what was advertised. It was very small and with a view towards the back of the building (very unpleasant). However, the staff managed to change our room the next morning.
