Location was very good. Close to cafes and the market. Also very close to the Metro....so convenient for walking and travel.

The noise insulation of the hotel is very poor. You can hear all the noise in neighboring rooms.

The room was too small, we had to upgrade to the duplex because we had luggage

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. The street features a farmers' market and is conveniently close to various restaurants and pastry shops. Leonie's, which is nearby, is fantastic for croissants. The hotel is within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. The receptionist was very friendly, and while the room was average, the beds were comfortable, and there was a working elevator!

There were no sheets on the beds, only a comforter. When I asked for sheets, the person at the desk didn't have the key to access the linen closet. Additionally, the bathroom fan was continuously running, and when we opened the shower door, there was a terrible smell. It seems there is an issue with humidity that should be addressed rather than just relying on the fan to cover it up.

Absolutely new!Extra clean!Every day room service!Great location!This 10 is not for the staff (3 administrators who were as unfriendly as possible), and not for Paris either. This 10 is exclusively for the respectable, noble and helpful owner of the hotel, who knows what it means to be simple, kind with no arrogance. Just 5 minutes of communication and a few plates and glasses at our request and you already get a complete picture of the person. The man is so tactful that did not even refuse us an offer to drink 50 grams of Armenian cognac, accepted the treat, left and returned with a drunk glass). The most important thing here is not to offend the person against. Low bow to you.Sometimes we need so little in this life to feel instant bliss.

The location is really good. The hotel is clean and small, but it is ok for Paris. Breakfast was served between 07-10 am, it was for a 7 mark. It was fresh, but there was problems with the coffee machine. But, the location and quality of the hotel compared to price for Paris - is really great.

An unpleasant moment was the one related to the staff. No communication, no help… i asked for my invoice on email - nothing. I asked for a taxi - they recommended to order it by myself. During our stay, there were construction processes taking place near the hotel, the mornings were not quiet.

I stayed at Hotel des Deux Avenues during my vacation in Paris in early June 2025, split into two periods: from June 6 to 9 and again from June 11 to 13. I booked a duplex room.Overall, the experience was excellent. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the bed linens were of high quality—super comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep, which is exactly what a traveler needs.The service was truly outstanding. The reception team was incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank the kind lady at the front desk and the gentleman (possibly the owner), who went out of their way to assist us when we had a bad experience with a private airport transfer company. I'd like to extend my special thanks to the reception team for stepping in to help us during that situation—even though it was outside their responsibilities, they acted with such generosity and professionalism, and we deeply appreciated their support.My advice: stick to the official airport transport services—they are far more reliable.The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around.As for breakfast, it was a light continental offering (jam, butter, etc.). It may work for some guests, but I personally prefer a cooked breakfast, which was not available.In summary, I have no negative comments. The stay was comfortable, the service exceptional, and the location ideal. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely yes—and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Fabulous, fabulous and fabulous! Location is wonderful, it's super clean and amazing value for money. It felt like home! Supermarkets, pharmacy, cafés and the metro all down the street.Special mention goes out to Omy, Rachid, Amokrane & Abdel.Love, love, love! Will be back again soon!

Very clean comfortable room in a quiet neighborhood near everything in Paris

Fantastic host! The staff was incredible, super lovely. Provided us a room to shower after the marathon. Rooms were clean and super tidy

Very nice recepcionist, everything else was ok

Only thing that we remark is that the cleaning lady has returned filthy towel as it was ned to our bathroom, which was really not ok

I liked everything, the hotel was close to metro stations, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées. I would definitely stay again. The gentleman who welcomed us was very kind and welcoming.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Room was small but practical.
