    Pros +

    • Room was updated, clean and very well appointed.
    • It was generally pretty good but nothing really stood out. The things listed below, although numerous, did not ruin our stay. I don't think I would book this hotel again.
    • The staff were all so nice and very helpful! The location was great as well, it was only a few minutes walk away from the opera house, and it was surrounded by great restaurants!

    Cons -

    • No ice machine Tile kept falling off tub surround and maintenance only fixed it temporarily. soap dispenser was not secure maid did not remove dirty dishes or return clean ones quite loud due to construction outside hotel service fee
    • room was a little smaller than expected for it being a 'superior room'
    • The carpet made us really ill - it is either not clean or they use a bad product. The hotel’s policy is really strict on check out time and they keep calling even before the time to make sure you’re out. They don’t allow any extra time unless you paid €30 for an hour extra. If you want breakfast you have to ask the night before without knowing whether you will want breakfast on the day.Not a great experience apart from the nice staff including the receptionist and cleaner.

Nice friendly staff, breakfast was better than expected.

Stayed here for business, I was room 0001 on the ground floor - the curtains in my room were a real stretch to fully cover the width of the window, I couldn't get full coverage, so light woke me up earlier than I wanted. There was also really bad lighting in the room, and only the small round mirror in the bathroom, if im there for business id like at least one mirror in my room, and bigger than the tiny round makeup mirror so I can view outfits etc.... there was plenty of empty space on the walls in the room so should be an easy fix. No room to store things in the bathroom, no shelf for makeup or toothbrush, the basics for convenience were missing from my room. Also I think photos on the site are old, my room was quite tatty.

Overall, a good experience. The location was great and close to local restaurants and shops.

The hairdryer is old and stopped working after 5 minutes. Better if they replace.

I know very well the hotel; it was my forth stay. The location is ok near everything. This time I had a room at the 6 th floor. The room was small and cold.

It was the first time when I was cold. The hotel implemented a AI based system - if you are not in the room or if you are not moving (during sleep) they will turn off the heating or AC. So whenever I got back at the hotel it was cold ( no matter the temperature I have set before) and I have to wait in the room to warm up but if I went to sleep I stayed in a cold room as well. I asked the reception and the manager for an e heater or an extra blanket but they said they don't have. Also I asked for an intermediate level room but it was not possible so after two day they modify the termostat in the room at 21 I think in order not to have a confort temperature all the time. Unfourtunetely the hotel stay wasn't a good experience I do not know if I will ever go back. I understand that AI can help minimise costs but I do not agree to interfere with customer confort. I have paid for the room for 24 hours not only for the hours that I have spent in the room and I do not like it to be cold when I enter the room or when I am sleeping.

Location was great, walking distance (took me less than 15 min with a roller bag) from Gare du Nord, lots of tasty and local-heavy cafes, wine bars, and shops. Hotel staff were truly fantastic, and this place felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Was able to Uber Eats some late night (post-club) food very easily.

Very nice location, close to main attractions and easy to reach by public transport. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The lift was new and worked perfectly, and the staff were always kind and friendly. Everything felt clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. Would happily stay again.

The reception area’s decor felt a bit overdone for my personal taste, a touch less would make it more elegant. But that’s purely a matter of style, and it didn’t really affect my overall experience.

    Good location

Rooms look way better in the pictures, in reality - beds were comfortable and clean, but other than that everything needs renovation.

Great location close to the Opera, and Train stations. A compact room for 3 of us. No in room coffee machine as stated. Good shower, reasonably hard beds.

A little cramped, and expensive for that reason
