Laz' Hotel Spa Urbain Paris

It was nice and clean the staff was nice and friendly! Loved the nights they had bartenders.

Our room was often cold.

Amazing location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice room.

Pool much smaller than expected and could do with a clean (lots of mould on the tiles at the far end). Steam room didn’t work on some days. “Room service” food was overpriced and disgusting…clearly just order in food which came in cardboard boxes so very soggy by the time it reached us!

The location is great and staff super friendly.

Rooms are too small, I had to move room two times until I found a suitable room. It’s not my first time staying at LAZ but unfortunately I observed a noticeable downgrade in the level of service and the quality of rooms furniture and utilities.

We were upgraded and the room was superb. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

Nice vibe, room was upgraded to include a terrace area which was great except is was raining so couldn't really use it.

Breakfast was a bit limited but ok

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Travelling as a solo parent with a teenager this made a huge difference.

Room's were compact but you don't spend much time there. Breakfast also stated it had cereal which it didn't which was a disappointment for my teen.

Perfect location and a very clean, spacious and cozy room with a large and beautiful bathroom.The staff is very kind and thoughtful.

Everything was great about the hotel. The bar area, reception, coffee, the little smoking patio. The staff were also very nice and helpful.

Maybe more amenities in the room but when we passed the housekeeping and requested items were provided swiftly.

Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious!Great to be able to walk easily to Saint-Lazare station for trips to Giverny and Versailles

This was such a great hotel. A little different from the norm we are used to, but so glad we picked this one.From the great welcome on the first evening after a long day's travelling, to the surprisingly big room and comfy bed. We were delighted with our stay.The breakfast has a lovely selection of hot and cold food and drinks, even for me who is slightly fussy when it comes to breakfast. The hotel is very clean with a modern feel, the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. Check out was mid day, but they kept our bags safe until 4pm when we need to leave.It's located really central and a short walk from the metro and Rue de Martyrs a lovely market street full of fruit and veg shops, little Cafés and bakeries.If you are looking for a small, friendly, easy going and well-equipped hotel, in a great location for reasonable price, I would highly recommend this one. I would honestly return in a heart beat.Make sure you try the cocktails to finish the night.

Honestly I couldn't fault a thing.

Convenient location, lovely atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff.

The spa is not really a spa. The sauna didn’t work, the steam room was not warm enough and the pool is really tiny.

Laz hotel is truly a hidden gem in Paris , best value for money , this property is impeccable and tastefully decorated ! I stayed in the suite that has a beautiful bathtub and very spacious !! I spent over 20 days in this property and would highly recommend it. It was not my first time staying here and I’m so happy I came back ,more than the hotel amenities it’s the staff that really made a positive impact on me specifically Ahmed who really looked after me during my entire stay. His service made me feel like this was my home away from home !! I also am so thankful to Noah , he usually comes at night and truly enjoyed his authentic and vibrant personality !! The team that they have right now is truly amazing !!

I loved the bathtub and terrace in my room

I thought that the lady at the desk was just fabulous She went out of her way to help us from getting coffee to taxis and she was extremely pleasant The hotel is very good value for money in Paris where so much is over priced

The staff were welcoming, despite our lack of French.Wheelchair friendly with two lifts, and an accessible room.The hotel has a very modern minimalist interior with a nice bar area and terrace. Lovely little spa in the basement.Very handy fridge in the room. And good coffee.Nice selection at breakfast.

It was a hot weekend in Paris, but our room would only adjust down to 20 degrees, so we were a tad warm.

The balcony

- the shower water drainage was not working and it took 2 hours to get another room, the staff was not friendly - the breakfast was really bad, the croissants was Raw and the staff didn’t change it while they saw it, they wanted us to finish it first before nee croissants was served.- the staff of the reception was not polite this is not the service i expect from 4 star hotel. We got a new room middle in the night to take a shower and the staff told us to take a shower in the night without apologising for the inconvenience we had with the water drainage in the bathroom.

The bar was nice and we enjoyed the pool specially after a long hot day walking in the city ?
