Too tiny like any other hotels in the city

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The place was nice and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable! What really stood out was the staff. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my luggage, especially since there’s no lift in the hotel.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, which is convenient, but the surrounding area isn’t particularly lively. One important thing to note is that there’s no lift, so if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, it might be a challenge. That said, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful.

Lovely hotel, quiet street, walking distance of metro, a really lovely traditional french food market and Pere Lachaise cemetery...(a must visit).Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

First room we had was too small for 2 adults with 2 single beds (our fault) but second room more spacious and airy.

No facilities, one person does everything, far away in a dodgy neighborhood during the night... at least maybe they could have a sandwich display or snacks to elevate the services and a common room to work and sit comfortably. Many 3 star hotels offer this

It doesnt have a lift but the staff helped with our bags. The staff were very frienfly and helpful.

This was a very affordable hotel in the East of Paris during the Olympics. The staff were amazing - all so helpful and polite. Hotel as lovely and such good value for money. Rooms were small but very well equipped. Would definitely return

The rooms are clean and modern, they are big and some have a very beautiful view. The staff was helpful in getting us another room after our first night stay due to noise. The new room was gorgeous.

We initially got a room in the first floor and I have to say that it is not sound proofed adequately. If you are a light sleeper, book a room upstairs or not facing the street.

Though not in central Paris, the hotel is near a metro station. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room had air-conditioning which was highly appreciated given the heatwave.

I did see limescale in some areas in the bathroom. There is also no lift. My room was on the third floor!

All, the beds are very good, the personal is so nice, the breakfast was really good, we enjoyed the staying.

The hotel is clean but the room was very small.

Our first night was a total mess, to be honest. We couldn't even get into our room because the electronic key decided to take a vacation. The poor receptionist couldn't figure out where the manual key was hiding, so we ended up in the only available room without our stuff. It was a real bummer, especially considering how much we paid for the place. And get this, they only offered to refund our night after we had to practically beg for it. Total headache.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location is perfect to walk to tourist areas like Place de Nation, Bastille and Montmartre. There are lots of artisanal boulangeries and patisseries nearby and access to two metro lines within walking distance.

The room was smaller than we expected without much space to store suitcases.

The room was clean, spacious and the facilities were everything that you would expect. What made this stay exceptional was the staff and just how kind, flexible and helpful they were throughout our short stay. Each staff member that I dealt with went above and beyond to offer excellent service and I really appreciated it.

Clean, compact, helpful staff, not too expensive and had everything we needed.

Our room lost electricity each morning. The room with two single beds is a bit small and the beds can’t be seperated as it’s too small too. Did not pay for the breakfast but went down to look and I wouldn’t recommend paying money for it as the bakeries around the corner are much nicer and better value for money!!!

- rather spacy room for Paris- reasonable bathroom, clean- relatively well connected with Metro- sufficient restaurants & shops in the surrounding. Normal and safe neighbourhood- very kind staff- clean
