Nice hotel great location

The restaurant was closed for our entire stay. If I had known, I would have stayed somewhere with a more traditional restaurant

It was gorgeous and boutique. We felt we were staying in an authenticate Parisienne hotel not a chain of hotels in Paris. The photos for the property were exactly what I’d like. Just beautiful!

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained, and the location is excellent—perfect for getting around the city. I also loved the mini gym, which made it easy to keep up with my workouts. One of our favorite places to stay in the city, and we would definitely come back again.

Decor in rooms was lovely.

Staff were not helpful at all. Systems seemed disorganised and clunky I.e. no one could find milk for tea one night, despite there being a full kitchen on site, received a final invoice during our stay for a completely different room, rate and duration of stay which no-one could explain. Also think the fact the restaurant and bar closes all weekend is ridiculous. We booked an interconnected family room, but there was no way to turn off the lights in the connecting vestibule between the rooms. This meant we either had to leave small kids in a balcony room with their door closed so we couldn’t hear them during the night, or sleep with blaring light into both room. When I complained front desk was completely unhelpful. Lastly if you decide you want to use the sauna you have to ring the front desk one hour before so they can turn it on. Weird and not convenient.

the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially at the reception; the facilities were very comfortable and the terrace looked great although it was too cold to use!

The hotel is excellent - great location, and super friendly staff. Spacious room, great shower/bathroom.

The wifi didn't work - that's just not acceptable. We couldn't log onto their network, and even after seeking assistance, we couldn't make it work.

The room was spacious and clean. The location is perfect close to the opera.

The wire circuit was a bit off. I couldn’t charge my phonons unless a certain switch was on.

This is a beautiful and sweet hotel in a very good location ,Next to the opera, next to a central metro station and a great shopping area. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops near by. The staff of the hotel are so nice and welcoming and always happy to help. We had a great vacation in this lovely hotel.

Good location

Basic. A little bait and switch for room, oh you booked two beds we have one bed only.

Breakfast was very good. The "terrasse" was great for summer evenings and the gym was perfect to keep fit during my trip.

There was a small closet, hardly enough for organizing a few clothes. There was also no place for luggage.

The room is spacious, the cleanliness is appreciated. The washroom is also spacious enough. The staff is all helpful and nice!

The balcony is not expectedly well furnished and the cover of the sofa in the living room is broken.

Nothing. Only the staff were friendly and polite

It was so dirty. Dust everywhere in the corners, and the furniture was old and used and dirty. You can hear everything from the courtyard downstairs from the windows in the room. The shower was very weak. No room service at night. One lift that takes forever to come. I was so disgusted by the room that I stayed only 1 night and left to get another hotel before my stay was complete.

Hotel, rooms, restaurant, and staff were great! We really enjoyed our stay.

The area was very busy but it was easy to get to other areas

The location is perfect for the first time travelers. The train station and Metro is very close and restaurants nearby.The hotel is small but nice and quiet. The room is good size and clean.

We didn't encounter any problem.
