The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I appreciated their allowing me to check in a little early and for storing my bag. The location is very convenient and close to several metro stops.

Location is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. I also appreciate that there’s a coffee machine in the room. And the the macaron treat was a very nice touch.

You need to turn on the water and wait a little while for the hot water to reach the upper floor, but it wasn’t a problem.

Location is good. Staff is good.

Never ever stay 4 persons. The duplex is so small. There is no space to walk. The toilet door is broken and can not be closed. The faucet is so small, if you run the water, it goes out. So stupid not to fix those small details. Can not understand how it happens..

Location is pretty good and price is reasonable for the location.

There is a school next to it and you wake up with children screaming, also the room we booked wasn’t available when we checked in, they gave two standard rooms instead but the room we booked was bigger so we would’ve preferred that.

Location is great, close to Champs Elyses, Arc de Triumphe and Trocodero. Had small apartment, was comfortable, but basic. Breakfast basket was neat. Staff was excellent, very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Helzear Étoile. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was served daily in the room, which was very convenient. The room had everything we needed, including an espresso machine and a refrigerator.Ms. Hajar at the front desk was extremely kind, professional, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the Champs-Élysées and close to many shops and restaurants.Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived at the hotel, the lady at reception was very nice, and she is the only reason we rated this hotel higher.

1. We stayed there for 3 nights. The room key did not work from day one, and we had to ask the receptionist to open the door for us every single time, which was very inconvenient.2. The street our room faced was very noisy. Although it is a small street, it is quite busy, and we could still hear car horns late at night.3. On the second night, there was no hot water when I took a shower. The hotel staff were aware of the issue but did not inform us in advance. As a result, I had to take a cold shower in winter. There was no apology or compensation offered at all.

The staff was very polite and helpful, hotel was very clean, location was amazing.

1. We didn’t like that it was very noisy. We stayed in the room Napoleon III, staff room was nearby, we heard all movements and talks. 2. We were offered to book the taxi to airport in advance due to strike. The cost of the taxi was 75 euro, twice more expensive than Uber, it felt like a scam although the intentions were good.

The location is excellent, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, with many good restaurants nearby. The room service is also very good, with daily housekeeping provided.

The hotel was well situated and the staff were excellent.

The room was very small, the aircon was erratic making the room too hot or too cold. Staff did try to fix this but with very little difference. Very noisy as well and unless the heavy curtains were closed no privacy from the office block opposite. As the lighting in the room was not great this was not really satisfactory as it made the room very dark. They need to install privacy curtains. I would stay here again but in a larger room and not facing the road.

Excellent location, located five minutes away from Champs Elysees and the Arc of Triumph. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and warm.The hotel staff was kind and helpful. A special thanks to Hajar, who was there for our every need and gave us solid directions and advice.

1.The location is perfect. 2.The reception, she was very nice and kind. her English is great as well.3. we stayed at the ground floor. the size of room is bigger than expected. we got a small garden.

1. they use white bed linen.There are some yellow stains on the pillow since it is white cover ; so it is easy to be spotted2. it is not a complain but rather a suggestion . it woold be great to get more hangers on the walls. so there are enough places to hang jacket and coats. and in bathroom, there are only two small hangers.

HEATER WAS OUT OF ORDER23/dec I checked in HEATER CONTROLLER DOESNT WORKING, so I asked how to use this one? hotel saff explained me correctly I followed instruction. But airconditioning macine doesnt work from the ceiling, only cold wind. I told this problem 24/dec Staff sail call the mechanic and enter the room when we outside. (at those time whole hotel key was out of order -->> only staff master key available) So I accept pls fiz it. After come back they said fix the air condition(heater) that night my room (down stairs) didnt wirking) still cold wind from air confitiond machine! I told 25/dec to staff abiut yesterday room confition. staff said didnt go out downstairs. hmmconclusion ~~>> 23/dec checked in Aircondition out of order(Because staff fix it 24/dec night) 24/dec aircon is ok first floor room, but still down stairs room didnt working it means still cold I got a cold and my child. One of the world coldest hotel in the world . paris temp was -1 day 3degree feeling temp -6 especially morning time -3
