The location was great and the staff was kind.

The walls had stains, hotel was outdated, the glass in the front window and the revolving door was broken. The doors open with a real key. Very outdated.

The hotel staff was excellent, very professional, helpful, and friendly. They knew my name and room number after the first night! Plus the location was fantastic - 2 blocks from the subway, bus, and Champs -

If there was anything I did not like about this hotel it was the heavy brass key chains that we had to turn in and collect each time we entered or left the hotel.

Best location near Champs Elysees. Staff are nice and friendly.

Carpet not very clean, has many dirty spots. Room not quiet, especially noisy in the mornings. Bathroom was old and fixtures and caulking are dirty, needs repairs. They did not mention cost of minibar items, which items are complimentary not clear.

The only good thing about the hotel is its location!

This was a total disappointment. This is by no means a 5 star hotel as advertised. They don't have gym, pool and I have even asked for concierge to give us advice and they said they don't have. There wasn't even an water boiler in the room.

Only the location

We are shocked this was rated as a 4 star hotel. The recessed light in the bathroom was hanging by electrical wires, the shower had mold, the carpets was stained and old, the noise was as loud as a highway hotel, and the service was terrible

Ideal location and very courteous staff.

For the star rating if 5, we were expecting somewhat bigger rooms, larger lobby and reception area.

very poor customer service; poor location; hardly any reception area; musty smell; old rugs and dark environment; definitely not a 5 star, more like a 2-3 star if at all.

Staff was very friendly, personable and helpful, spoke English well. The concierge provided us with tickets for Moulin Rouge one day in advance!

Wifi was only available 50% of time for iPhone and fire alarm went off for 10 minutes at 1:30 am. Nobody explained what happened or apologized for inconvenience.

Big room. Good service.

No way the hotel is 5 stars. Carpets are ripped up and stained. Place is run down. Its 3.5 stars stateside.

The hotel staff,  - very welcoming and helpful. The manager also was kind to give us a room upgrade to a junior suite!

Hotel a bit dated but charming. Breakfast at next door restaurant quite expensive.

Wish that breakfast was included or at least had a coffee maker in the room. I did not like the hair dryer.

Staff and location were fantastic

Everything and the staff were so polite. We asked them for an iron and a steamer for the clothes, and they provided both. The clothes steamer was excellent. They also arranged a driver to take us to the airport, and he was on time.

The lighting in the room is extremely dim

Small boutique hotel in an excellent location, next to the Arc de Triumph, Very quiet.

The staff was amazing, lobby, restaurant, and room were all gorgeous and the location is incredible. Upon checking in the staff accommodated an early check-in and really made us feel special for our anniversary with a room upgrade and complementary glass of champagne at the bar. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast being brought to our room at a specific time every morning was a game changer. We also were travelling with our 8 month old baby and they were very accommodating with a crib and unexpected room cleanings when our little one made some messes. Really impressed with this as, not every hotel is welcoming and friendly to babies and children.

The location of the hotel

The room is too small, and there is no proper space to store my belongings. There is no dressing cabinet, and the bathroom is separated from the area with the washer and the rest of the facilities. I requested an upgrade or a room change, but the staff did not accommodate my request.This room suits 1 person only.
