The service was excellent, friendly and assisted readily.

The room, shower, and elevator were quite small.

I stayed at this hotel in Paris and had a very bad experience. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned my room and threw away my shoe box which contained the original purchase receipt. This receipt was essential for my tax-free refund, which was worth around 170€.When I contacted the reception immediately, they told me they could not find the box or the receipt, and no solution was offered. Because of this mistake, I was unable to claim my tax-free refund at the airport, resulting in a direct financial loss.Guests should be able to trust that their personal belongings will not be removed from their room without permission. This lack of responsibility and follow-up is unacceptable. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

Definitely 10 out of 10! I would certainly recommend choosing this as your stay in Paris. You will find miracle. Theo is best clerk I’ve ever met.It supposed to be 4 stars. The soft facility is out of your imagination. All the wash products are Luxe,Even prepare a hair band for you.

Honestly the only point that is not very satisfying is the sound proof. Because this hotel has years and some hard facility is a bit old. But still very clean, under good maintenance. You can hear the voice from outdoor really clear in the toilet

The location is amazing, the staff is really good and nice. The room is small but it's very well organized and thought so I didn't even feel like it was small. Really nice !

The person staying after both of the receptionists going home, he was not very nice.he kept on locking the door and every time we needed to go out or return he would not make an effort to hide that he was annoyed to get up and open the door.And the room was not well cleaned as I found hairballs in my bed and in the toilet.

Room is very clean. Bathroom are spacious, bed are comfy. Friendly and helpful staff, easy check in and check out. Location was great.

Heater near the window did not work well. But it was bearable since they got another one. Room quite small but okay. 2 in 1 (shampoo + body wash)

I liked the staff, especially this girl who switched around with a guy who had an ear piercing (sadly didn't get their names), though on our last day, the staff switched around and the other two were a bit worse, but still great, recommendes us things, hotel was clean, seevice was good, location is amazing.

The elevator decides who to pick up based on personal feelings and is inefficent. If your room is on the floor 3-4 instead of higher or lower up, the elevator will first pick up people from the earlier or later floors, because it's closer. It then tries to pick you up, but it can fit 2-3 people max so if you're trying to go with your family, you'll have to wait until it's empty. This can lead to waiting 20 minutes because a family of 10 from the floor above you decided it's time to take the elevator down 20 times for their suitcases

Near to city center, L'Arc de Triumph and 20 mins walk to Eifel tower, clean rooms, good and well balanced breakfast.

Rooms and hallways are not very large.

The location is fantastic and surrounded by several restaurants and supermarkets. 3 mins walk would take you to the heart of Paris.The room is small but very comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful. If you get time for breakfast, you would find very convenient varieties.

The breakfast hall is tiny and in the basement. It would've been much better if it had a window.

I liked the service from the staff, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great and easily accessible to metros, buses and taxis. Many restaurants and safe environment.

The double twin wasn’t that comfortable would have preferred a queen. Shower could be bigger it’s was a bit cramped, not many options for pescatarian diet for breakfast and bread options for persons with gluten sensitivity.

Perfect stay in Paris!! A very nice and comfortable hotel in the center of Paris, very conveniently located (also close to the metro and RER) for reaching many sights within minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff!

rooms too too much small no space to my bag or anything, Pillows dirty, no isolation between rooms, anything missing must go down take no body bring the laundry or coffee capsule for the mini bar or anything we need from down to rooms or room service .
