Aston Hotel Paris

The bedroom and bathroom are very small but clean. The hotel has room for improvement but it's in a great location with just minutes to the train and plenty of restaurants.

good and silent location with all facilities around us. Also, when we met a problem with the bed in our room they immediately transfered us in an other (the only one) available room (superior room).

Everything were small! The room, the bathroom, the elevator. Very expensive breakfast , 12E per person! Old rooms, walls and dirty carpet.

The room is very small

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room cleaning service was excellent and neat.

It's normal for the centre of Paris, but the lift was very small.

Location is perfect, you can walk anywhere without public transport. There many bar and restaurants near the place.

I’d prefer a bigger bathroom

It was accessible to the metro station and right in the heart of paris. The staff was very lovely and accommodating.

Only the location

The rooms are minuscule, you can't have more than one piece of luggage inside, a small shelf and two hangers, minimal amenities, NOT replaced when done with, a shower that is not stable and soap dishes badly fixed on the walls and falling into the bathtub. This was an "upgraded" room for which I payed another 10 euros a night!

The location was perfect

The room was not cleaned properly, lots of dust, bathroom not cleaned. Coffee, sugar not replenished.

Nothing. The service, communication and room were not good.

Everything. First of all they said they had private parking. It’s also mentioned on book.com. Once I get there all the way from Holland at midnight they said they only have three spots and that they are all taken. I walk with crutches and had to park somewhere on the street and walk a while to get to the hotel.The room was also not clean and absolutely not like on the pictures. Way too small.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect and within walking distance to any popular destination such as the Louvre or Gallerie Lafayette. Many shops and restaurants minutes away. In addition, the breakfast was absolutely a standout, set in a beautifully designed room; the food was fresh with a great selection of cheeses, yogurt and pastries each day.

There is nothing we did not like. The room was well appointed and the staff exceptionally friendly, always greeting us multiple times with hello, have a great day and good-bye. We felt welcomed. Once again, the location made the biggest difference, we could walk anywhere with the option of the metro stop only a few minutes away.

Just the location.

The room was so so dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months. Everything was off, the room was super small, the man in the reception was super rude. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ve stayed in better hotels with much less “stars”.The bedsheets were dirty and full of stains. Please see the pictures.

A lovely bijou hotel, with super friendly and helpful staff. It was very clean and although exceptionally small, the room was comfortable enough with a lovely window view onto the adjoining old streets and buildings

Very small, but it is what it is!!

Excellent value for money in central Paris, quiet and clean. The room was bigger than I’d expected, OK for a single traveller. Very happy to store my luggage both before checkin and after checkout.

A bar fridge so full that I couldn’t store anything in it, I guess catering to the American market. An enormous coffee maker that took up all the available table space. Very small pillows. Luggage storage was helpful, but could be better secured.

Great location. Only good thing about this place.

- Small rooms.- Tiny elevator (can fit 1 person) ancient dust collection.- Balcony doors are stiff and barely open. Our balcony overlooked a brick wall.- Shower was leaking dramatically for 3 days and even after repair was still inadequate.- Cleaners are hit and miss, they didnt change our bed sheets in 6 nights and would only replace the toilet roll if they remembered.- Absolutely no storage space, especially in the bathroom. - At one point we took an afternoon nap, a 'technician' came barging in our room without even knocking.- Towels smelt like damp (fresh ones).- AC is non existent, the heating is either on full blast or nothing.This overpriced hotel is a poor choice. Unfortunately we had non refundable rooms which was a huge mistake. They charge you a £100 deposit on arrival too. The hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment. The location is great for tourism. However at night expect the area to be surrounded by crackheads and homeless people. We heard screaming through the night and could hear our neighbors every move.Avoid this hotel, do your research and choose somewhere better, please

Hotel in a great location close to bars, cafes and metro. Hotel in a quiet street which was good for sleeping. Room was very clean. Bed very comfy. It was reassuring that the room had a safe for valuables but it needed to be fixed to the wall for added security. Teas-made machine was very quick to heat up and efficient but a better brand and variety of teas would be nice. Better lighting would be beneficial for those that struggle to see. Hotel Staff very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in the ‘cosy double’ which was a bit small but adequate for a short stay. Lift was very small and only big enough for one person and one case at a time. Very Narrow passageways to rooms.

It’s pretty close to the metro and I liked the shower and bed setup.

Room was small and crackheads and homeless hang out in the road so you have to pass them no matter what to get to the hotel and sometimes they ask you for stuff.
