1- I came early to check in but they refused even though the hotel isn¿t full. I waited 6 hrs! 2- For a Holiday inn level, it is cheap to provide bottle of water everyday instead of refilling a used bottle from the lounge by myself! 3- The shower head.

Staff friendliness and professionalism. Location. Room size. The price range is also very reasonable for the location in Paris.

One receptionist (an older man that works at night) was not helpful at all and was a liar. He blatantly said all the rooms in the hotel are "the same", which I said was not true since I booked an executive room. Everyone else was amazing.

The rooms are large and clean. It is located very close to the metro. The breakfast is the best which has cold cuts and warm food, fresh squeezed Orange juice, lots of breads and jams, a coffee machine that you can get latte, cappuccino or expresso.

Location and the friendless of the staff.

This hotel is ridiculously overrated! Maximum 2 star. The facility is below minimum: my room is on the 9th floor no elevator to this floor. I had to carry my luggage over the narrow and spiral stairs to get to my room which is so tiny!

Great breakfast! And very good location.

It can be noisy on the street at night as there are several bars in the area.

The room was spacious and clean. The front desk crews were really nice and professional.

Right after our checkout, we found that we left something from our room. We called the hotel, operators are so rude and unprofessional. Some of them hung up the phone, not even willing to help.

Great location for walking to all the sights and for finding good places to eat. The breakfast was awesome - totally unexpected level of quality.

The shower is way too narrow and the room was pretty small, but acceptable. Did I mention the shower was way too narrow? My wife and I aren¿t big people (I weigh 180lb) and it was a hassle just turning around in it without touching something.

the rooms are a little bit small, but it's exactly what I was expecting.

Breakfast on Saturday was not included in our room charge. Yet it was included during the three days we stayed there earlier in the week.

The location was ideal to restaurants, shopping, pharmacies. The Metro is just outside the front door. We love the staff, friendly, attentive, and helpful, especially Mde Honorine. She was very special.

The room desk and bathroom sink have annoying tiny ants.

The room itself was fine. Nice to have temperature control and bathroom was clean

Many things including the staff seemingly attempting to con us into spending money with hidden costs and unknowingly charging us

Great location, near a metro stop. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Room was pretty small, probably standard for Europe/Paris. We were facing the main street and it was loud a couple nights.

Excellent location, easy access to publuc transportation- metro is right outside the hotel.

Location was excellent. Metro was right outside the door. Restaurants were right outside the door. The staff all spoke English and we're all very friendly,kind, and helpful.

The room was just a little smaller than expected but was fine. The drain in the shower clogged up a little mid shower.
