Bathroom ventilation is non-existent or POOR. There is a free shuttle .CALL THE HOTEL FOR INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PICKUP LOCATION . Do not take the metro/bus to the hotel bec the only way down to the level of the hotel is a STEEP, MESSY DANGEROUS STEPS

location. it was quiet. our room had a balcony. the hotel staff are accomodating and very nice.

room was small, but likely due to being an a different country, has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Lots of restaurants nearby and the rooms were clean.

It was about 600 meters away from the moulin rouge and loads of great places to eat around it, plus the metro was only a short walk away

The car park was a nightmare, it was so narrow and it’s no exactly close to the hotel

Very lovely staff, very clean rooms, the price value is extremely worth it The staff helped me a lot in booking a restaurant that I couldn’t book … and they read the note about our honeymoon occasion, and they prepared a complimentary macarons with a sweet card

The location is not the best .. but definitely not bad either.. very close to train and bus stations and not expensive if you take a taxi because it’s not far by car

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more impressed. I arrived around 2 PM and was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in an hour early. After a long flight, that small gesture meant everything. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the moment I stepped inside.They provided wonderful accommodations and took the time to give me thoughtful recommendations tailored to my trip. As someone visiting Paris for the first time, this made a huge difference — I instantly felt at ease and truly at home.The location is absolutely perfect. It’s close to many major attractions and conveniently right next to a metro station, which made navigating the city incredibly easy. I loved being able to step outside and already be in the heart of everything.One thing I truly appreciated was how attentive the receptionist was. They kindly arranged a cab for my return to the airport and even called me the morning of my departure to let me know my ride had arrived. That level of care and service is rare and made the entire experience feel seamless.Overall, I had a wonderful stay. I will definitely be returning and will happily choose this hotel again on my next trip to Paris. Highly recommended!

A bit of wear and tear is about the only complaint. Nothing serious, just a property in continuous use.
