Timhotel Nation

Just booked a hotel advertised in you mobile app and website as 3 star hotel in Paris : TimHotel Nation. Not sure who in his right mind will categorize this dump with 3 stars - I barely can say that this is a hotel at all- worst hotel I even been :(

So very disappointing. The carpets were filthy, ripped and sticky. The bed was extremely hard. We left 30 mins after arriving and had to book another hotel. We were told that a manager would contact us but they never did. Will never book with you again.

Near Metro stop, restaurants and stores. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were small and there were not too many outlets.

The sink was broken, water didn't go in The shower's door was removed, water was leaking to the entrance

Location.

This hotel was clearly not a 3 start hotel. Room was very small and outdated. It had no a/c or fan option. The bathroom was unmanageably small, and the shower could barely accommodate an average person. Poor WiFi service. Poor building infrastructure.

The staff went out of their way to be personable and helpful.

The room had a quaint style and there was no bath tub, but eh, it was quiet and peaceful.

Yes, the establishment should not be rated 3 star. The room was as small as a cruise ship stateroom, the shower was the same size as a cruise ship stateroom. The shower kept coming off the wall.

Location was very good and close to the 3 metro lines. My room were cleaned everyday with fresh towels and coffee. I spent 8 nights. We stayed to the back of the hotel and it was very quiet at night. The staff were very friendly.

Nothing. Hated it.

No AC, room was extremely hot. There were roaches as well. Toilet would not open properly. When complained about heat was told to open the window and sleep. That did not help either.

The room smelled like smoke, the bathroom was tiny, the bed was hard as a rock, it smelled weird, one of the rooms the bathroom flooded because the shower head was not properly put, and the hair dryer in ours was broken

A clean, contemporary room with comfortable bed and large TV, modern bathroom and a generous breakfast which is served in the light and bright garden room. Metro stop 1 minute away.

Hotel is fully renovated. Very clean. Bed very comfortable. On fantastic location. Good bakery next to it. Breakfast very good.

Rooms are a bit small, but that is usually for Paris.

Location was very central and transportation was very easy to get anywhere you needed. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Felt very safe and comfortable at the hotel and in the surrounding area. The room was perfect for the price point and I would 100% stay here again if I was visiting.

I am so pleased!! The hotel has pergect location near metro stations tha was so helpful. It was verz clear and the reception was so nice and helpful.

The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable.The location, even if not central, was very well connected to everywhere by metro, and the station is 3 min walk.All to all it was a good experience, and good value for money.Btw, there are a few wonderful bakeries right under the hotel.

The walls are a bit thin and you could hear the water pipes sometimes (but I've been told it's the case in most of Paris)

It was the last day, and I needed to leave very early. I had informed the front desk the day before. However, when I came down with my luggage at 6 AM the next morning, the elevator was broken. I was staying on the 6th floor, and carrying my very heavy suitcase down the stairs was exhausting. I also nearly missed my transportation because of it. This experience was truly awful.
