Hotel staff was very helpful Allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel after checkout until we left the city.

Location was perfect. Liked that they provided a room for 4.

Pretty expensive as the room needed renovation. It seems the renovation is in progress but we got the old room and our floor had a construction on place, chemical smell on the corridor. Thankfully not so bad inside the room.

I received an upgrade to a family room. There was a double bed and a single bed so the extra space was taken up. A large bathroom and all facilities worked well.

Not really the hotels fault but my room was next to a family who stayed awake until 2am talking and playing with a shrieking child in the corridor outside my room. No-one from the hotel spoke to them or even noticed that disruption to other guests.

The property had a great location near the Arc de Triomphe. Our room was a bit small but was very clean and good decor. The staff was very friendly and courteous, and the breakfast downstairs was outstanding.

Location was great, and the bathroom was excellent.

You need drawers for clothes. There were no drawers at all, so we had to keep our clothes in the suitcases. There should have been a chest of drawers there. Also, there were only about 5 clothes hangers. That number should be double that, at least.

Room service wasn’t the best. Room was always hot when we would come back after being out all day. Had to sleep with the window open. Bathroom is very tiny and hard to get in out of the shower.

the fan in the room was did not keep the room cool with 3 people so we slept with the window open which helped greatly except for the noise below....people, traffic, garbage trucks, construction., late night and early AM would also suggest more towel hooks as there was one and there were 3 peoplelocation was perfect for walking and metro and ubersI would stay here again

The locations was amazing especially for New Years Eve, we walked out the door and looked left and the Arc de Triomphe was just there m. Great central location for walking around Paris and taking it all in. The staff ere friendly and welcoming, breakfast was basic but good.

The rooms were in the small side but I guess that is to be expected in Paris.

It was close to all the tourist sites, and it was close to the train station to all the sites. Breakfast was goods! Friendly staff!

The property is dated. Carpet feels dirty and you can see some dirt on the floor and corners. Looks old. Should renovate and remove the carpets. There is one elevator, small and slow. I asked for taxi going to the airport for 65euro but they did not mention another 7 euro charging by the taxi for reservation. Should have informed us ahead because this is expensive

Hotel in a great location. Staff were very pleasant & very helpful.

Room size was rather small especially the en suite. Hotel had no bar.

Excellent location, right next to Arc de Triomph and Champs Elysee, metro station is few steps away.very clean and pleasant team
