Quality of room, linen, cleanliness and room size, bathtub plus good hot water supply and pressure.Breakfast was also decent and enjoyable.

    Not much!

This was a return visit and once again, we were really pleased with our stay. We booked a superior room, which is beautifully decorated, and very spacious for a Paris hotel, including a lovely bathroom. Everything is super clean, and it was great to be able to regulate the temperature in the room for ourselves, without a noisy aircon. I ended up with a massive migraine on my last day, and the staff were incredibly helpful, much appreciated. The hotel is well located, right near Vavin Metro station and bus stops, a few minutes walk from Gare Montparnasse, and close to so many fantastic restaurants & stores, whilst being just a bit out of the tourist trap districts to feel quite peaceful at night. We really enjoy this neighborhood and will definitely return!

As with all hotels, the breakfast price could be lower. I'm not a breakfast person, so 17 euros for a coffee and a croissant is too much. We opted to go to the brasseries next door for our morning starts. The last time we stayed, we received a complimentary breakfast inclusion - this was such a good incentive to book.

Beautiful room, very nice staff, perfect location.

There was hair in the shower, and the drain was slow

the experience was overall okay. the room was cleaned every day, everyone was very polite. the location was okay close to every metro. the hotel does not include breakfast in the price, if it did it would be great. I wish there was another price since it did not include breakfast.

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to my workplace and easy to reach by public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities are generally available, though a bit on the smaller or more worn side. I also appreciated that I was able to check in at 12 pm, which was a nice surprise, even though this wasn’t mentioned online and caused a bit of stress beforehand.

The photos online seem to be quite outdated; the hotel feels more used and older in reality. Entering the hotel at night is a bit uncomfortable as you need to ring a bell and wait for someone to unlock the door. The minibar in the room wasn’t stocked, although there was a shared fridge available downstairs. My bed was squeaky, and the shower tended to overflow slightly. The Wi-Fi didn’t work on the 6th floor, which was inconvenient, it worked better in the lobby area.

The location was fantastic. Loved the local neighborhood. Easy access to the metro. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby.

This is my second time at this hotel. It is placed very close to a very central metro station (Vavin) line 4, but also other metro lines are very close. Rooms are very nice, and very quiet. Hotel stuff are also very kind and helpful! I will definately come here again at my next visit to Paris!

    7JasminePosted on: 10-27-2025

Location was good, many eateries around and a few mins walk away from Vavin metro station. Room was rather big, and bathroom had two sinks, a tub and a standing shower.

The fitness room is poorly equipped and located in the basement of the building (looks sketchy). The room was a little poorly litted. Upon booking, the picture of the room showed three single beds, each with a bed frame. However upon arrival, its two single beds with one sofa bed.

    8ValeriePosted on: 10-26-2025

Situate in a good area with a lot of cafes and restaurants around. Very close to the metro.

Room are small and very dark. Awful perfume in the corridors. Personnel was not much knowledgeable about the amenities in the hotel.

Good location. Comfortable beds for all 3 of us. Nice coffee. Very nice boulangerie across the road.

    Paris is expensive!

    8AlisonPosted on: 10-16-2025

The staff were very friendly, kind and approachable. The color scheme in the room was beautiful and looked very rich. I loved the large french windows. I appreciate that we could sleep three adults in a room. The location was a short walk to Luxembourg Gardens, a favorite place. The lobby sitting area, though very small is quite nice.

Busy street. But it's city, what can you expect.

Good location close to restaurants with beautiful rooms and friendly staff

    7KonstantinPosted on: 10-13-2025

In general, it's a nice little hotel with a good location. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower or Notre Dame de Paris in 30-35 minutes.Small but quite comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was friendly. At our request, we were given a late check-out.

    1. The hotel is already old and it would be good to do some renovations.2. Very poor soundproofing. You can hear the door in the next room creaking and someone going to the toilet or taking a shower.3. The ventilation in the bathroom doesn't work and everything fogs up. You have to open the door for the mirror to fog up.

    9GrünbergPosted on: 10-13-2025

Small cosy hotel in a very pleasant neighbourhood. The hotel room was quiet (read: private), spacious and stylish. The Luxembourg gardens were just a 5-10 minute walk away and many other sight-seeings were a nice walk away. There were many nice cafes and restaurants nearby.
