Pros +
- Staff; great big bathtub, market and restaurant nearby. Close to train station.
- Its location is walking distance to many restaurants and shopping locations. The walls of the hotel were pretty thin though so that also brought on a negative to the location because the neighborhood was kind of busy/loud at times.
- Good location
Cons -
- This place was a mess. We were first given a room that someone was already staying in (the person was physically laying in bed when we walked in). Then given another room that was not cleaned out yet. The final room was not in best shape either. Wifi bad.
- It wasn’t the cleanest and it was very noisy, the walls were very thin and the street was loud at night.
- It was in the front of the hotel on the street and the restaurant/bar across the street stayed open til 4/5 in the morning and was very loud as people sat outside.

I liked the location and it was convenient to several metro lines. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was very clean

The location and price were great.
The guy who checked us in was very nice but gave us the wrong room, which would not have been such a big deal if we hadn't checked in at midnight, were sent to the second floor without an elevator, carrying heavy suitcases, and had already folded out the sofa bed for the kids when we got the call that we would have to move everything one floor down. The new room was a little smaller, we had to pull out the sofa bed again, the door to the bathroom barely opened because the sofa bed was blocking it and there was a weird mold/fecal smell in the bathroom. Thankfully we were only staying one night.
The location is brilliant, on a cute street, up the road is loads of cafes and a supermarket. 5 minutes walk to the main metro station. I would stay in this area again not the hotel.
Hotel rooms are not like in pictures! Everything had stains on it, curtains, headboard floors.shower had no pressure. Electric plug sockets not working. No shower towels in bathroom. No fan in bathroom. Smelt strange. Had breakfast, went in the morning, didn't go for the rest of the trip . This hotel is not worth 3 stars.
I've stayed at this hotel twice now and I'll be back! It's always clean and great value for money. Location is perfect and staff are really nice. If you're wanting a no fuss stay in Paris I'd recommend it.
The air-con didn't work that well on third night here but every other night was ok... Might have been user error lol
well located, and the breakfast included is ok. for that price is not that bad
bathroom in bad shape, even lately renovated, it falls apart. we asked for a twin room and get a double bed.
Breakfast was ok.
Wi-Fi is horrible in room. I had to go down to the lobby for a stable connection. Lobby is packed with big laundry carts making it even smaller than it is. Stairs/hallway is dark when exiting room and elevator. Room is too small for two beds. Hanging curtain blocks transit to bed. Bathtub is too high and useless making it dangerous to get out as you can slip easily. Cannot shower comfortable as water pressure is horrible. A tv would be good in the lobby while you spend time there. It is an old hotel that needs some reconditioning. The hotel front door needs maintenance to open fine. My perception is that owners do not care. With more pictures available, I would have probably picked a different hotel.

I do not like at all, I stay only 1 night (off the 3 nights I payed),October the 6th I left the property Monday October 7th at 12:15, the hotel I book is not the one I choose and pay. When I arrive to the address I bought was a sign to go another property, very poor condition and noise.
Nothing at all, I already sent to booking pictures, plus they not telling the truth, selling a hotel and after send you to totally poor different hotel.
Very poor
We didn't get out paid room when we came, though I notified them that on our first day we can't come but eventually we are coming maybe the next day or two since we already paid our whole stay so we are expecting our room was ready anytime we arrived , , we have to checked in to another hotel carrying our heavy luggage and the next day we have to move again to the original hotel where we reserved , with so much inconvenience carrying our luggage in and out of the hotel with no courtesy help from the hotel staff.
Loved the duplex room in mews - very comfortable for a family in Paris, which is ararity. Great street full of Breton creperies - safe enough to allow teens to eat separate from us at night. Close to two metros - take Vavin instead ofcMontparnasse Bienvenue, smaller and possibly safer. Lovely Saturday morning market fir gifts and food. First time staying in Montparnasse area, as takibg TGV to west coast, usually stay in Opera or Montmartre, but shall definitely come back here. Happy to accept retro decor for a great value room and breakfast!
The hotel is certainly dated but ienjoyed the retro vibe!
The property has an excellent central location and has public transport right outside. The rooms are comfortable.
The location was fantastic
Booked a twin room as sharing with my mum but they gave us a double room. We originally checked in at 12pm and dropped our bags off and went site seeing and then came back at 10pm. When asked to change they said they had already checked everyone in for the night and I asked why was our room not prioritised as we had checked in early and they did not have an answer. I asked for an additional pillow and they said they did not have one spare pillow in the entire hotel so was given towels and a pillow case as a pillow. Breakfast was underwhelming. One croissant and ham per customer.
Good location, bed was comfortable and the staff were so nice!!
It was a bit run down especially the bathrooms but to be honest for the money it was decent
Very very nice staff , you can totally over look anything that is wrong with the quality of staff they have.thank you everyone.
Tv didn’t work only 1 remote for 2 tvs. Bathroom stunk SO BAD .
Location great
Shabby rooms, extremely basic but very expensive
It was simple, clean and in a fantastic location for me as I had to catch an early morning train from the station
The lift was very slow and small so I took the stairs where I could.
