Very small room everything small and staff were not very helpful in directions

The staff and cleanliness of the space

Understanding it is Paris, the room was super tight with a queen bed in it and the shower was a little difficult to get in and out of. Someone with even a little reduced mobility would have a difficult time.

The hotel was clean.

The service was spotty. Check in was great, professional and helpful. We found some staff to be friendly and others to be distant and bothered. We were aware that there can be a cultural clash and tried to be mindful, but in some cases it did not help.

The location is close to many great restaurants and the metro but is in a pretty quiet and non-touristy area.

The layout of the suite was really strange.

Staff was amazing! They went out of their way to accommodate us. The hotel is fantastic, great location. Grocery store and cafes are very close. Again, the staff was the best!

How tiny the rooms were. You could barely open the bathroom door. Our large suitcases had no space to be opened.

Convenient location! Staff were friendly and spoke English!

The room was too small for two people! I¿m considered as thin, but I almost didn¿t fit into the toilet room!

We love the staff at the desk very helpful kind and friendly specially staff not sure if I got his name right he works days and every day he gives us the perfect and simple direction how to navigate our way around.

Great experience, staff are wonderful, my room was large and bright with everything I needed. It is the staff and the willingness to help that made this such an awsome sstay!

Building is lovely and close to many landmarks. Staff was friendly; overall good service.

Lots of street noise could be heard in our room. The room was very cold and we could not figure out how to adjust the temperature. To be fair, we did not ask for help from the staff regarding the temperature issue, we just slept in more clothing.

The staff were very helpful. The literary theme of the hotel was also really cool. The lobby was a great place to hang out and have a bottle of wine.

Room was very small although I did expect this given the age of the building. One thing they could fix is the clear doors on the bathroom. It¿s one thing if you¿re traveling with yourself or your significant other but anyone else will see the full mon

Close to two subway stations, clesn and well equipped rooms, great included breakfast and very kind staff!

Decent hotel, friendly check in staff.

Things were stolen from our room and they did not address the situation. Nothing like a 4 star hotel in the states.

El aire acondicionado se malogró durante los dos últimos días . Y el calor en la habitación era insoportable. Supuestamente no nos podían cambiar de habitación porque estaban llenos.

Only the lobby ha working A/C when it is over 100 degree outside. Really nice lobby

Obviously my room and other rooms, in fact all the room except the lobby did not have the privilege that the lobby enjoyed. The A/C of all the rooms did not work for the entire period of my stay when it was the record breaking heat wave slapped Paris.

Bathroom was really odd (the door was see through and faced the rest of the room?). Wifi was barely working; this was the main problem.

It was clean and the staff was helpful.

We wish we'd known about some of the other Best Western's in town which were in far better locations. We were surprised by the size of the room. we had to walk sideways to get around bed. The location was a bit of the beaten track for a tourist.
