Timhotel Tour Montparnasse

The location was ideal

Small room. AC not working right specially if you visit from the USA.

The neighborhood is very local and has lots of cafes and bars to eat at. There is also a market on the weekends nearby.

The rooms are Paris small which is fine but they're outdated and not well maintained. The bathroom is a one person bathroom. There's no power outlets to charge devices unless you want to leave the lights on.

Thank you very much for the reception of the three girls, because our luggage arrived two days later, they are very enthusiastic and patiently help we ask airports and airlines, let us feel very warm heart in a foreign land.

The room is small, sound insulation is not good.

The location and breakfast were both great! Lots of good restaurants nearby and the subway was about 2 blocks away.

The rooms were really small and the elevator was pretty slow.

We were surprised to receive the handicap room (#2) but it was the best shower we had in France. IT WAS THE WHOLE BATHROOM! Staff was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay there again. Great neighborhood with Metro stop at corner.

We did miss the convenience of a mini fridge and safe in the room but that was the only wrinkle in our experience.

Location is very good, near 2 metro stations( Montparnasse Bienvenue the main one). Lots of restaurants near by and 2 supermarkets.

The walls are very thin. You will need ear plugs!

The staff were welcoming and very helpful with information about the area.Perfect location for the trains and metro at Montparnasse station.Lots of bars and restaurants in the area.

The room was a little overcrowded with chairs and the layout could have been better to allow more space.

The receptionist was really nice, i didnt catch his name, but hands down he was the nicest.

For starters,When we arrived and checked in, we was on our way to the room, we get there and the Housekeeping was still in the room... We waited 10min until they were done, but they left spots on the mirror, and the shower cabin. And there was one corner in the bathroom which was covered in hair,dirt, and i dont even know what.In the living area, which was 10m² btw... There was a stool or some, and it was so wet, it was still wet at the check out. (3 days).When we came back from the city later that day, we were trying to rest a little, but we couldn't bc seuver smell was coming up from the toilett, i went to the reception, they gave me an air Freshener, didn't even asked if we want another room( it was an elderly lady).After this, i went back to the room and i heard weird noises from the bathroom. It turns out we could hear CLEARLY when somebody flushed down a big brown. ( There was a noticable impact sound every time)I paid 425€ for 3 night.Dont go here, just book an Airbnb, it's cheaper and better.

The room is cramped, the bathroom is barely two square meters, and the double bed takes up almost the entire space. There is one power outlet at the head of the bed for one person, but none for the other. The TV is from another era, and the carpet is seriously worn. The value for money is far from satisfactory.Aside from the location on the lively and bustling Rue de la Gaieté, everything else is disappointing. The staff changes constantly throughout the day. Some receptionists are friendly and welcoming, but others are not.In short, I moved the next day to the Hotel Terminus on Avenue du Montparnasse. The room is better and larger, the price is significantly cheaper, and the staff doesn’t rotate every three hours — they’re genuinely more welcoming. A disappointing experience I will not repeat.

The cramped room, the layout with the bed taking up almost the entire space, and the bare-bones, purely commercial reception.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, comfy bed, nice view.

Some people might find the bathroom a bit small, but this is Paris, and it was fine for our needs.

Very noisy outside in the morning. There was mold in the shower, and the toulet almost fell down from the wall with cracks.
