    The location was great.

    - The entire property feels neglected, outdated, and unhygienic.- Carpets are visibly filthy and clearly haven’t had a proper deep clean in years.- Corridor doors are absurdly heavy, posing a serious accessibility issue for elderly guests or anyone with mobility difficulties.- Electrical outlets are ancient — not a single USB port in sight, which is unacceptable in 2025.- The toilet leaked constantly throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep.- Both rooms we stayed in had TV remotes with missing backs, leaving them unusable.- The décor is dreadful — mismatched furniture, crooked lampshades, and a general sense of neglect.- Only one small, painfully slow lift serves the entire hotel — expect long waits.- The Wi-Fi is abysmal: slow, unreliable, and barely functional. You’re better off using mobile data.- The heating system is erratic — unbearably hot at night and freezing in the morning.- The luggage storage system is completely insecure. Bags are left unattended, and anyone could walk off with them — no tags, no proof, no security whatsoever.

In general the place is good, the location is amazing! The staff was very kind and there was a general good atmosphere!

I think that what made it less comfortable for me was the amount of dust under the bed and in general the carpet was not very clean and the general cleanness was not great, I would suggest the stuff to wipe more carefully the bed and the door of the bathroom... these were very dirty.Breakfast is acceptable but there should be more choice for who doesn't want to eat sweets early in the morning.

It was right next to a really nice bakery

It was old and not very close to the opera

Location good - fairly near Gare du Nord, and easy to find. Room small, but very comfortable, clean and quiet.

We'd asked for our rooms to be close together, but they were quite a distance apart.

    It was horrible

Everything. Room smelt of damp, shower was tiny and the staff were rude.

    1KupasPosted on: 4-16-2025

Dirty, noisy, you can literally hear other talking or even breathing from the other room as like they were in yours.

The cheap setup and the loud noise all around

Just the location was nice..nothing else..

the pillow sheets were dirty-they had maskara spots and make up one them-this means they were not changed ..Hotel not baby friendly

Perfect location with cafes around. Very nice and helpful personnel. The room itself was clean, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nicely furnished and clean without any stains! The best hotel in Paris at this price point.

The room was clean, comfortable, and bigger than expected. It is a very short walk from the Metro. Many sites are within walking distance.

Good location, it's good for what you pay. Simple breakfast.

My hairdryer didn't work in the room. My mattress was only okay but overall worth the money

    6WeerayootPosted on: 2-19-2025

The room is nice and clean but the walls are very thin. We could hear the guests from the other rooms. The reception guy (Yan) very nice and welcoming. He’s the star of the show.

Thin walls, drunk young guests next doors made a lot of noise at night.

It's a good hotel with untapped potential. While it feels outdated and basic, its location is excellent, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, Starbucks, and McDonald's. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

The €10 breakfast is quite basic, and the breakfast room is not very inviting.

    Bad

There was f....ing rat.!!! In the room. It was eating my pistachio and looking my eyes while eating. Under the bed was soooo dirty. Never ever again...

    - Beds were comfortable. -Good location close to the metro.

-Tried to double charge. We prepaid prior to arrival but they told me upon check in that we had not prepaid. I said that we had and the attendant told me that I must have had a card problem. Luckily, I had a printed copy of the payment receipt. He then corrected the issue on his end by calling a manger. I did indeed prepay. -They also automatically tried to charge for breakfast. I told them I did not want it. They removed the charge. -We did get the breakfast one morning for 10 euro per person. It wasn’t worth the value. -Bathrooms did not vent well and it smelled slightly musty.
