Cozy, warm, correct level of everything. Great breakfast, quite, close to everything, we did walk to the Louvre, nice rooms and a large lobby to relax. Really it is worth a visit. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Just perfect..

We arrived early rooms not ready. Left and went back at 4pm and we had to wait like ten minutes...it was not crazy but not exactly correct, the refrigerator in the room was not working at all..

Excellent hotel in Paris. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to transport and nearby attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

It is located very close to Gare Montparnasse, bus stops along Boulevards Montparnasse and Raspail as well as several metro stops (Vavin, Edgar Quinet, Raspail, and Montparnasse-Bienvenue). The catacombs, Montparnasse cemetery, and the Luxembourg garden are nearby. For a snack or toiletries, there is a supermarket (Monoprix) open until nearly midnight. And, yes, it is a safe area. There are many restaurants offering a wide variety of options (seafood, pizzerias, Thai, Korean, Italian, and more). The hotel staff is friendly and professional (and multilingual). Despite being so close to busy boulevards, cafes, restaurants, movie theaters, and city life, the rooms are really quiet. There is a safe and mini fridge in each room. They have blackout curtains and we took advantage of them and slept late once or twice!

This is the second time we stayed at Villa Modigliani. And we plan on returning to it in the future. However, compared to our prior visit three years ago, breakfast had more limited choices, especially of fresh fruits. There was plenty of bread and jams and jellies.

The location is excellent. Just off the street, but surrounded by options to eat, shop, etc. close to Luxembourg Gardens and multiple metro stops. Staff were very accommodating. Was a very busy weekend for Paris, but did not feel that in the hotel.

A deluxe stay on the Left Bank. The hotel is situated on a quieter street and rooms are located around a courtyard. It is a peaceful oasis right in the heart of Montparnasse. It’s a quick walk to the train station or the Luxembourg Garden. The room was well-appointed and had top quality amenities including a mini fridge and coffee/tea pot. The staff was really wonderful - super nice and accommodating. You can leave bags in their storage room which is so helpful. Definitely recommend.

As mentioned in other reviews, the temperature in the room is impossible to change, it was far too hot, sleeping with open window helped, but only because it's January...

Very clean, nice bed , perfect location

I love how neat and impeccable the roomWas, decor and furnishings, but what I like the most was that the toilet was separated from the shower room, we have a early check out and the employee attending the reception was very nice and offered us coffee at 5 am

The location was very close to transit. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The bathroom fixtures were new with a nice shower.

The location was amazing…easy for all metro access and tons of restaurants to choose from as well as the grocery store right by it was perfect. Beds were very comfy the size of the room was fantastic. It didn’t feel overcrowded at all with 2 of us, 2 carryons and 2 large checked bags…and 2 twin beds. Great value for the cost! Excellent employees willing to help or offer assistance

We turned the heat all the way down to cool max and it would still get extremely hot in the room, not sure what was going on there but we would open the window to help at night.
