The room, the balcony, the staff
Some times there is a bad smell coming from the AC
Nice hotel to stay with friendly staff. Location is good with nearby bus stop to all tourists attractions.
Breakfast were minimal
Great AC, super clean, friendly and helpful staff.
Location was nice.
Room 28, had a bad sewer smell the last night of our stay. It was so bad we had to close the door to one of the room and 3 people had to sleep in one bed. Reception desk was understanding, but management is horrible. No, customer service!!!!
Clean , friendly staff
Smoking isn’t allowed
It’s a quaint little hotel in the quiet part of the 17th. The room was extremely comfortable and the staff were very welcoming. I even told them it was my boyfriend’s special birthday and we would like a room with a nice view and they laid out some balloons on the bed for us.
Excellent location just a 10 minute walk from Pointe Cardinet train station. Supermarket is directly across the road. The room was nice and clean, although a bit on the smaller side - wasn’t a problem for us as we weren’t in the room much! Having the two single beds pushed together to make the bigger bed wasn’t what I was expecting though. André helped us when we first arrived and he was extremely friendly, very welcoming & kind. I’d would stay here again if ever back in Paris.
The location was good, the bed was comfy and we had a good view.
Limited space, didn’t feel like a hotel more like a hostel. We had to keep going down for requests like more tissue, iron and such as.
The staff were amazing I booked the hotel for my partner birthday they were amazing in communication and did excellent in arranging balloons and chocolates.Saying that the room was excellent cleaned and the staff were excellent from the people giving breakfasts cleaning team receptionAmazing thank you for your reception and will book again
All was perfect I did recommend to have a table in the balcony and slippers for the guests apart form that all is good
Friendly StaffClean property including the room
When we checked in I inquired about if Breakfast was included and was assured that it was. However upon checkout I was informed that I owed them for two Breakfasts, which I had to pay.Not Good !
the staff was rude the bald guy in the reception was extremely rude he yelled at me multiple times one for asking for 2 big towels and 2 small towels he said my request was ridiculous and it was too many towels when we were two in the hotel room. he also told us that there is no water provided in the room and to go to the grocery store in front which is not what a hotel is supposed to do, especially when we came late at night and the stores were closing in a few minutes and my dad had needed to take his pills.
for the payment they took two payments from us one from booking that we were told to be a “reservation” and another we payed in person at the place itself It’s been 6 days and we still have not received our money back from booking.com and are short 117 dollars. when we tried contacting the hotel the same bald guy receptionist yelled at us on the phone and was not cooperative at all. the nice receptionist from our other hotel was also yelled at by the receptionist at pavilion which is unacceptable.
They had an elevator, provided breakfast if you wanted to dine downstairs.
Not enough towels and blankets
Xlnt staff. Good value. Easy to book.
Noisy neighbors, both inside the hotel and on the street. Guests should be encouraged to take the elevator rather than the stairs. Next time we'll ask to stay on a higher floor.
Hotel was clean
Was not told about the security deposit that needed to be paid, there was also no manager on at the weekends and the location was very far out from the attractions the hotel bat was basically non existence and the rooms were tiny
Very modern.
I don’t go in elevators, so I used the stairs. Lighting is very poor and the automatic lights came on a little too late at the top of the stairs!!Our room was FREEZING. We asked reception to have a look at it each morning while went out for the day, but it was constantly cold. My parents room was lovely and warm and they have the door open most of the time!!The deposit/booking system is terribly unclear. It says the hotel MAY take a one night deposit a few days before the stay.. this was on Booking.com, however not on the confirmation we had from the actual hotel. When we arrived, we thought we would have this deposit taken off the amount to pay - oh no - it’s actually a ‘hold’ on the account. Which WAS taken a week before, then on day of checking in remained as ‘pending’ before appearing back in my account. Not great for those who have carefully budgeted for a stay away, and hotel staff very reluctant to explain this over the phone and in person.
Good location
The room smelt really bad and nothing much was done expect spraying our room. The cleaner did not change our bed sheets even though it was evidently dirty.
Rather nice, but quite small room with a charming little balcony with a nice view over the neighborhood from the 6th floor. The elevator was painstakingly slow, but the stairs provided decent exercise instead. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice part of the town with abundant bars, shops, cafes and restaurants.
Elevator could have been fatser...
