The friendly staff, air conditioned room, location and breakfast were all great!

The breakfast was great

The night reception clerk would close off the water/coffee area and access to the downstairs bathroom by using a divider so he could watch movies and sleep on the couch, we heard snoring every night and even informed the morning receptionist

It would have been good to have electricity points near bed, a coffee machine, and a little table to make coffee etc in room, real cups rather than paper ones.

The location cannot be beat. This is what would convince me to re-book here.

The bathroom constantly smelled even when we arrived.

Didn't actually stay since the elevator was under repair and my wife can't do stairs. Even though we had a non-cancellable reservation, the hotel let us cancel without hassle and without penalty. Would book there again.

Room are very tight if you have luggage, but it works out fine. Elevator only fits 2 pax

Staff were nice, centrally located close to Notre Dame and pantheon, most other attractions are fully walk-able. Excellent home base - and has AC!

The location in the heart of the Latin Quarter is perfect for visiting Notre Dame, the Louvre, Tuileries and the Jardin de Plantes. Metro access is about two blocks away, and cafes, shops and grocery stores are plentiful. It was a bonus to have so many bookstores nearby. The shopping and cafe area around Rue Mouffetard is just a few blocks from the hotel.

The hotel is located on the very busy Rue des Ecoles, which stays noisy until the restaurants close later at night. However, that would be expected in this location. Also, it would be beneficial for the hotel to provide guests with access to a microwave oven, perhaps centrally located near the lobby.

Location is good

I feel like I have been scammed. The pictures show a really nice place but it is in very old and in poor condition. The elevator is less than four square feet and goes only to the fifth floor. Our room was on 6. The pictures tell the story better than words.

The location was great! Our room felt like it was a good size for an older European hotel a few blocks from Notre Dame. Breakfast was delicious and started each day off right. We loved the twin room as it was just my daughter and I, and we love our own sleeping space.

The only issue we had is that we didn’t seem to have a working heater in our room. However, as soon as we notified the front desk, when leaving for the day, they were able to look at it and get us an electric heater for the duration of the stay. After that we didn’t have any issues in the room

The location, access to public transport.

The walls are very thin, the elevator is loud.

The location is great, the reception desk personnel was amazing, super attentive and willing to help with everything. The room and bathroom were comfortable and very clean.
