Hôtel Thérèse

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a good atmosphere at the hotel (it was NYE). Location was perfect!

The room was okay, but a bit small for 3 people.

The staff at Hotel Therese were extremely kind and caring, without being prompted (before arriving in Paris we had an absolutely awful time, with multiple flight cancellations). They were also very kind to our 4-year-old. The room was nice and spacious (which is not a given in Paris) and the location is absolutely excellent, with most attractions at walking distance. Next time we're in Paris, we will be staying here again.

Great small boutique hotel near the Louvre. We were able to walk to sightseeing and restaurants as well as catch the bus for things farther away.

This is our second time at Hotel Therese, we had a smaller room this time as we were only there for 2 nights, but it was still big enough to accommodate our suitcases, it was clean and comfortable. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The bonus is the lounge area where you can sit comfortably and have afternoon tea free of charge.Its a great location, with shops, restaurants, cafes and a Metro close by.

Great location. Close to many restaurants, the Louvre, metro, and more. Comfortable bed. The staff was amazing.

The common sitting areas have aromatherapy diffusers and the scent is very strong/over powering. The scent caused one person in our group to get a migraine as that person is highly sensitive to scents.

Fantastic location and very comfy room. Lovely bathroom products as well. The complimentary afternoon tea was an extra bonus. 10/10 would recommend for a stay in Paris

The staff are lovely! Location fabulous! Rooms are really well air conditioned and comfortable! There is a daily tea time for all guests!

TV on wall was a bit of a hazard when leaving the bathroom. Stairs were a hazard at the top step of each curve could cause a trip.

Excellent hotel in the 1st arrondissement at walking distance from metro station and Louvre museum. The room was small but comfortable, with a king size bed. Excellent buffet breakfast included. The staff was very kind and helpful. Highly reccomended.

The Hotel is very well maintained. We were warmly welcomed and immediately made to feel at home. The receptionists were always available and assisted us with all our needs, even beyond their regular duties. The hotel is well connected to all the main points of interest in Paris and is easily accessible from Orly Airport. I highly recommend this hotel, and if we return to Paris we already know where to stay without a doubt.

The bed is so so so comfortable and clean.Ladies in reception are all kind and gentle.Location is great as well; so many nice restaurants nearby.Wanna visit again very soon.

Two faucets ; one for hot water and another for cold one, which means a bit picky to control water temperature. The shower hose couldn't be hanging on the wall.Toilet papers have poor quality. Room is super duper tiny.Stairs in everywhere.

Room could be a little bit larger. Although understand in Paris this is a good size room. We were 3 people and luggage took all the floor space we had.

An excellent find in a great location. Beautifully appointed rooms (we had Room 34 and our children were in 35). The staff were all pleasant, majority were genuinely very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay here on future trips to Paris!

Nothing really. If we are being picky, the placement of the toilet roll holder was in an odd/uncomfortable location!

what i like about this hotel - pretty much every good thing about it is related to the location - 1. the location is absolutely superb - so so convenient.2. the area of the hotel is generally pretty safe.3. even though it's located in a pretty busy and convenient part of the city, it's luckily not loud or noisy at all. 4. the lady staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful and no communication problem.

so now to the downsides - 1. the size of the rooms are painfully small - but kind of what you expect for hotels in Pairs2. hotel building is really really really old - the floor squeaks and the floor in our room is not even, furnitures in the room were old and need to retire. 3. the elevator in the hotel is super slow and small - we ended up just use the stairs even though we were staying at the top floor4. the water pressure is pretty low - so it takes a while to finish showering5. the bed is absolutely a pain6. air conditioning in our room was not really well-functioning, it's so loud and doesn't get cold for hours. 7. the rooms are not so clean - it's acceptable if you are only there to sleep for a night or 2 but if you look closely you'll find everything half-cleaned (and half-not).
