La Villa Des Ternes

Location and price, compared to similar hotels.

Closet was tighter than normal. They have crammed a lot of furniture in a small space. I'm ok with the size of the room, but closet door wouldn't open completely because it hit the bed. A different type of door would solve the problem.

The location of this hotel was phenomenal: within walking distance of the arc de triomphe and very close to the metro. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The free breakfast was great. The hotel/our room were very clean and beautiful! Highly recommend!!!

Our room was somewhat small, but still very nice and perfectly functional.

The breakfast was nice.

The fact that I was 10 minutes late coming down to checkout and got a call from the front desk rushing me, I didn’t appreciate that.

All the staff were incredibly friendly. Room was very nice and clean and location is good. Around 10 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and the room was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the toiletries were good quality

The room was a bit small and there was no shower cap provided

Great location linked to gare du nord with rer E and paris west with rer CVery comfortable bed, decent space in the room, decent space in the bathroom and nice shower pressure. Super soft towels! Very nice amenities overall and very polite staff . There is an elevator.

No kettle available but the person at the reception prepared hot water for delivery in the room upon request which was a very nice touch.The light in the room is a bit too dim.

Awesome staff, superb location, very clean wonderful ammenities. Villa des Ternes is my default hotel when I'm in Paris. Very great location, just close to Porte Maillot. Metro and bus access not far from the hotel and there are many shops next to it. Avenue des Champs Elysée is not far either

Great location. Cosy and clean rooms. Lots of restaurants in the area and only a short walk to the métro/tram. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The location was good And the room was good as well The staff from the morning was kind and helpful

I didn’t have my credit card on me which was needed for the deposit, the worker offered me to leave and go to another hotel in the middle of the night, even though I had paid the hotel on booking, offered him to leave the deposit in cash (other hotels accepted it before) or to pay by phone… no solutions were offered by the workerWe had no hot water in the room during the stay, so we couldn’t take a shower

I left two days early due to unexpected circumstances , I requested a refund , I was advised to connect with booking to refund my card, Please advise when you will be able to refund it on my cards. I appreciate you accommodating my request.

Not enough space for a stay of more than few nights, we were there for six. The beds were way to hard and terrible uncomfortable

I had someone stay with me for 2 nights, but still got charged the tax per person for the entire stay. The property said they would refund me, but this never happened.
