Our deluxe room was a bit on the smallish side but nice overall. The location in the middle of the Latin Quarter is great. The breakfast is very good and is well worth the extra cost . The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This place was awesome.

Very attentive staff that truly make you feel welcome and taken care of. Specifically Nadia in the breakfast room was extra attentive to every detail, remembering my preferences by the second day! She was always very warm, welcoming and genuine, so the start of each day there was sure to be perfect. Patrica, at the front desk also did everything to make sure my arrival, stay, and departure went smoothly. From helping me out with a spare charger when I arrived and wanted to visit the city, while mine was at the bottom of my luggage, to helping me with itineraries and making sure I understood the best routes at different times of the day to get to and from a show that was quite far away, Patricia was a most warm and professional host.The room was also very comfortable, the location was perfect for me, with everything easy to get to on foot or by public transit, and the breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety to choose from.

The room worked well for our family of three and we loved having a balcony (although very small!).

The staff was attentive but some were friendlier than others. The location was good but definitely a bit of a walk at the end of the day.

Beautiful room with a street view, very handy for the metro and Latin quarter. The bsthroom.was spotless and very fancy!

We loved the location, very convenient to go all the places we wanted to go. Our room was cozy, smaller than expected but it was beautiful. Too bad it was raining most of the time and we couldn’t enjoy the balcony.

The breakfast choices. Pancakes and crepes are supposed to be warm, hot even and they were icy cold so was the syrup. The choices were the same everyday, only one option for eggs and the tarts disappeared the second week.

Always a friendly greeting from staff. Great location, very lovely breakfast each day. My room was very comfortable for me. Jacuzzi tub was a nice addition. Loved they had wash cloths.

There is a lovely little salon like area with comfy chairs and a small "bar" where it would have been nice to be able to be able to have a glass of wine, instead of buying a 1/2 bottle or full bottle.

Location& very helpful Staff.

Hair dryer and some lights were broke. Furnitures and bed was really old, definitely doesn't deserve that value.

We stumbled upon this quaint little hotel in Paris due to a very bad experience in another hotel. The staff were fabulous and very understanding that we were desperate to find some accommodation for the remainder of our holiday in Paris. They took the time to show us through some rooms so we were comfortable with everything. We were able to access a better price via our bookings.com then the rate they could provide so they were happy for us to use our genius discount and book the accommodation via our account. So happy and helpful and we would highly recommend this hotel for staff, location and comfort

Had a top floor room. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Heat worked well. Very helpful staff booked us online train tkts.Could have had more coffee - only 2 pods for 4 nts. Breakfast was very good, but ran out of most food 1/2 hr before bkfst close. Get there early. 3 blks to beautiful and fun Jardin Luxembourg! Walk to Notre Dame (but incredible crouds on weekend).
