Carming hotel and liked the drinks included

I did not get the room I paid for I was downgraded. I paid for 2 superior doubles and which have 2 king size beds and bigger rooms. I was given one family room; which had a double bed and one king bed. The room with the double bed was so small/ I hated th

The location, the charming Parisian character of the rooms, and the very helpful and kind staff all make this an excellent choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

The location was fantastic. Within minutes you are in some of the highest attraction areas in Paris.

The room was terrible. Extremely small and outdated. The faucet broke and was not fixed. When we commented about the faucet, there was no follow up - we had to ask about it again ourselves; at which point they tried to play as if they were not aware.

La chambre est grande et très propre. Les fenêtres à crémones avec le balcon avec la vue sur la ville c’est superbe. Un viel immeuble avec commodités modernes.

Les assenceurs qui arrivent entre les planchers. Il faut faire quelques marches avec les valises.

The staff was excellent, very helpful and there’s a Starbucks right across the street!

Disappointing

We got a room for 3 people in the attic, it felt like a youth hostel. Iy was absolutely NOT worth the extremely high price we paid per night.

Great hotel, in a good location, clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast, the room has everything you need.

There was no coat rack near the front door in our room.

I loved everything. the location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful, the design is stunning, the food is delicious, and the service is exceptional, truly world class. The staff helped with everything possible and did everything with a smile and genuine care. From now on, this hotel will be the only place where we will ever stay in Paris

Zero complaints

The location was so convenient, within walking distance to many main sites. The staff was wonderful. They have free desserts and snacks in the afternoon and evening and a complementary mini bar in every room.

Great location great staff the reception workers are amazing the prices are expensive and not matching the prices at booking its do stupid that you are paying to booking commission and your prices are even higher than the booking site

Very clean modern comfortable in a wonderful location. Staff was very pleasant, thoughtful & attentive. Breakfast & afternoon tea generous and delicious.

Could hear the metro rumbling frequently and room not soundproof from neighbors above.

Very friendly staff, Great location, comfortable beds and good size rooms, price fair for Paris. Enjoyed the free snacks and drinks from 2pm -2am.

That there is no restaurant for dinner. But many in the area do wasn’t a big problem. Breakfast selection & quality could be improved.

The hotel personel especially clement, marina and all staf were very kind and helpful.Location is great just 5-10 min by walk to Champs Elysee.Market is really close.In the hotel between 2.00 pm and 2 am there are catering service , all goods are daily and very delicious.Hygiene is top priority, as I have allergy and my mom claustrophobia they realized the room ready in line with our needs thanks them so much.Everything was great we will be visiting again .

Very clean, comfortable, the staff are very friendly, the location amazing and walkable to the Champs street.

The room was so beautiful, Marina at the front desk and arman at the breakfast counter were superb. Location is wonderful walkable everywhere. We love the the treat provided by hotel from 2pm to 2am for free. We love free mini bar and the welcome treats- a very memorable holiday in paris
