Friendliness of the staff. Near to the Metro.

They would save a lot of water if they updated their toilet.

It is near to the metro, and was located close to where I needed to be in Montreuil. There's a supermarket below the hotel and a market opposite. The room is good value and the staff were very helpful. I'd stay there again.

There's no grip on the shower floor; it's quite slippery so if you have mobility issues, I'd ask for a different room/arrangement. The location mightn't suit everyone with the distance into the city centre, but it is right beside a metro.

The staff, specially the night shift guy, who's working in another Ibis but comes sometimes to help, he was really really nice.The rooms was also nice a bit small for exemple a double room was a bit small for two but it was still good looking. I will for sure come back again

The location is really not it , lot of crackheads but they just stare they won't hurt you or anything , the streets stink more than them (respectfully)

We loved that it was close to the metro. Staff were very friendly. My family enjoyed the food that was available.

There was a horrible smell that came from the bathroom for our stay. We think it was from the drain. We had to keep the bathroom door shut the entire time so the rest of the room would not stink. I think it was just our room as the room our friends stayed in did not smell. We had a handicap room.

It was clean.

Its not located near anything. Looks like there is a dump across the street. Beds were hard and pillows were very flat. I wouldnt stay here again.

Fire alarm went off because someone was smoking in their room at 11pm. Geez!

Nicely run, budget hotel. Convenient location.Safe and clean. Helpful staff. Free coffee machine,breakfast.

AC is controlled by front desk. Was getting switched off because "your room is at comfy 21 degree now". Well, without AC on there are no air flow in the room at all, comfy 21 degrees of recycled air.And if AC is included in price, maybe its ok not to be standing at the front desk asking to turn it on, please.Egg boiler at the breakfast. As nice idea as it is it,to have freshly boiled eggs, maybe improve system where people can track who put which eggs where. People don't understand and just grab someones half cooked eggs,asuming its egg wormer.It upsets others and results in waste.Maybe ditch the whole thing all together,just already boiled eggs. Full pot of pre-boiling water at the kids face level in the middle of breakfast buffet table, next to bucket of fresh patisserie is perhaps not worth it.

Room was ridiculously small and tiny I should say. It is not recommended for anyone - let alone the pain we sustained as a family of 4 ! There is no table, no furniture except one of the two beds, which was convertable to a sofa. No space to park your suit-cases ( we had to tuck them in under the bed - partially as those beds were very small ). Hallways were very dark. This room should not be recommended for family stay.

I have to say amazing things about the host, the weekend hosts and night time and even the mooring host. They were so amazing, I canceled my hotel elsewhere and stayed here. This hotel goes above and beyond and they accommodate you and your family. The host were literally like family members especially Isiah he is night time host he kept me company and he just made me feel so welcome he helped us book an extra night and he is so excelent. Everyone in this hotel goes above and beyond wish the rooms where bigger and had bigger options for families ofMore than 4 ppl but it was amazing.

Small rooms no space to move

It had 24 hours free coffee.Staffs were amazing. Front area was pleasant.It was close to public transportation.

The room was small for a family of three.The room service didn’t clean our room in our stay.It was so far from most-visited places.

We liked the reception area and the free coffee throughout the day. The room was nice size and cheap.

Our room smelt like cigarette smoke and was very basic.

the heating system doesnt work there is no kettle in the rooms the bed wasnt comfortable

customer care was excellent, the staff couldn't do enough to make your stay a good experience . Our room was a good size with a wet room and the bed was so comfortable . They done pizza's at night which were very good and the breakfast was reasonably priced and had a good selection . The metro was only a 3 minute walk away.

there wasn't a lot of good places to eat out close bye mostly fast food joints but we went to a place called " Cafe D L'industrie " next to the metro and the staff we're very nice and we enjoyed the food and drinks there .

The beds were comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was cold even at 25° they offered an electric radiator.

We like the attitude and good behavior of staff.Breakfast service was good. Sitting area is amazing.

Bath area is not having separation.

It was very clean, closer to metro station, less noisy

Not very spacious if you have suitcases - very difficult to walk around
