Rude staff, no customer service, hvac does not cool, very warm inside the room, very tight bathroom, hair dryer does not work, plumbing leaks, additional tax charges.

Only location was great, everything else is a big disappointment! I would NOT stay here again!

Terrible experience! Triple room on the first floor no light, no daylight! Shower not functional, water was not draining and would overflow on the floor unless you turn off the water while showering! Mold in the shower! AC making flushing toilet noise

The shower was so small it was not functional, the door did not close, the drain cover was broken and at times smelled of sewer. We thought laundry facilities were on the 3/4 floor but they only had expensive send out laundry service. The rooms had no hand towels or wash cloths. The sheets were never changed on a 5 night stay.

The location was just perfect!!! Multiple bus stops outside and the metro station and very walkable area. Hotel was clean and staff were lovely and helpful. The room was very small but big enough for two close friends. Free water filter station was available at the reception area which was great as we did not need to buy water once. There is also luggage storage.

The one downside was the lighting in the hotel. Whilst warm lighting is pretty it would be good to have some white strong light at least in bathroom when getting ready. The light was on top of the mirror in the bathroom making it difficult to see your face and it was yellow so not great for makeup. This is a minor thing that the hotel could fix to elevate the experience by simply adding some white light around the mirror.The hair dryer in our room and one of our neighbours was not working. However the reception gave us a replacement to use.

Staff were incredibly helpfull and accomdating, hotel room had everything you need ans hotel was also Location was perfect for walking to Louve and also metro right outside. Lots of cafes and resturants nearby. Would definietly stay here again!

Location is perfect, clean very comfortable beds.

It is tight for space but it is city centre & the location out matches any issues.

The staff at reception are friendly and helpful. I like Aurelie as she’s jovial and friendly!

The location is excellent! It’s located centrally near restaurants, shops and transportation. My room had a good view of the street below and is conveniently located near the metro lines. There are plenty of eateries and shops to explore and keep you busy.

The lift on the ground floor has a tiny entryway. Other than that, no major issues.

The hotel is located across from St. Lazare station. It is an excellent location if you have to catch an early train. The staff is nice and accommodating.

Old dirty carpeting, extremely small rooms. One step above a hostel.Needs refurbishing. In front of our room there was a huge stain in the carpet, the temperature control was locked, so we had to open the window which was 2 feet from the window across in an air vent type opening.I know it's Paris and everything is small in Paris, but furnishing and flooring need to be updated badly.

It was located near the train station which is what we needed for the night we stayed. The breakfast was very good and convenient for us. Staff was pleasant.

An extremely small room. The bed took over the whole space and you couldn’t even shut the shower door to wash it was so small, my husband had to wash with it open and I barely fit. Expensive for what you got in size

The location was really good, and from the staff, the lady receptionist was nice, one of the guys from the second shift was terrible, and the guy from the first day was decent.

The rooms were really old, probablu more than 30 years since the last renovation. No plugs near the bed, falling decoration from the ceiling, not dangerous for us, but visually not ok. In one of the rooms you could not open the window for fresh air because it was smelly from KFC, and the other restaurants nearby.And last but not least, one of the guys from the reception was awfully rude, then one day at breakfast I took 3 pieces of reaaally small pain au raisin in the room to give to my sons and I was asked by the lady in the restaurant to return them because I'm not allowed to take them in the room. I told her that there were only 3 tiny pieces for my sons, and them she said that I'm only allowed to take 1 piece , so I returned them all :)) The omelette was uneatable, basically the food selection was a disaster. The elevator was extremely old and slow, you had to wait for several minutes get to the room. But the worst part was the staff which was the most unfriendly I've ever met in horeca.The only good thing is was the location which is really good, and probably that's why the owners don't care about how the hotel looks, and the staf doesn't give a f**k about their clients. Apart from the lady at the reception from our last day when we checked out who was nice and friendly.

Quite a good spot for using airport transfer bus. Also 30 minutes from lots of sights: Sacra Ceur, Notre dame and the Seine. Nice restaurant almost next door.
