Everything, actually, it was one of my best times well spent in Paris. It was my first trip to Paris and thanks to the lovely staff there I got the chance to fall in love with Paris and think about coming again.I’d also like to give a special thank you to the receptionist who registered our check-in (long dark hair & glasses). I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and she set the tone for a great stay.

Nothing much, maybe the breakfast options are a little bit in need of variety

No robes in the bathroom or hair dryer. No fridge in the room.

Beautiful minimal artsy interior throughout. Great central location. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable and staff were lovely and helpful. Even had some macarons left in the room for us on arrival and we could go down to request free bottles of water throughout our stay.

Nuage was located in a very convenient location close to the Champs Elysees. It felt was cozy and comfortable to moment you walked into the hotel. The lobby area had a couches and a small bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got the top floor room with the balcony which was nice feature to our trip in Paris. We received some complimentary macarons which made us feel welcome.

For the price of stay, the room was small.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable with a charming French style. Although the hotel is relatively small, it is unique and cozy, offering a sense of privacy. All the staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay truly pleasant.

Beautifully designed lovely Aesthetic quality fixtures and fittings everything about The Hotel is calm and considered.Reception stuff for excellent in fact all the staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. With the exception of one fellow, Yan, every single person was just wonderful. The food was also fantastic - the buffet breakfast was healthy and plentiful and eggs cooked to order. Most importantly the coffee is outstanding.Bathrooms were well designed separate toilet bathroom, the linen and beds were comfortable. Really your faultless stay. We’ll be back.

Great hotel and location, good value

As with most Parisian hotels we’ve found they spend a lot of money on refurbishment which you can see at Nuage … but the real investment is in the people who manage it day today, who were nice people but not very interactive or engaging after basic formalities were done

Perfect location, very safe and quiet room, its super comfortable and very attentive staff. So close to local shops but also tourist attractions.

There’s no water provided in the room, not a big deal but a carafe would be good for a refill downstairs of a free refill. Small things.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and really like the location, but this visit had a few hiccups. Ahead of arrival, I emailed to request double beds for both rooms, and while they responded, the tone felt a little off. Upon check-in, there was confusion with the room allocations — I was supposed to have a deluxe room, and my mother a superior room (different categories), but the receptionist insisted the sizes were “basically the same” and then gave my mother my room, complete with a welcome note in my name, and twin beds. I had to swap keys, and when I pointed out the mix-up, they moved me to a different floor to get the double bed I’d requested.Interestingly, the “deluxe” room on the fourth floor was noticeably smaller than the deluxe on the third floor, which I’d stayed in before. Both my mother and I also noticed an occasional unpleasant smell coming from the ventsThat said, the hotel is still very nice overall, and the location is excellent. Just be aware of potential room allocation issues and floor size differences if you book a deluxe category.

the location was amazing to all tourist sites !!!! walkable to see everything very clean and front desk help did all reservations and knew everything !!! don't pass on this place

Most amazing hotel! So clean, amazing food and shops around it. The tote bag and macarons were such a nice touch also. 100% recommend staying here - close to everything you could ever want to see.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris.

What you would expect from a boutique hotel. Modern, warm and welcoming staff. Main drawback was room size. Very small. We were traveling through Europe for 12 days and could not fit the two of us and our suitcases. We were there for two night so we managed. If you you’re there for a short stay or don’t have a lot of items you’ll enjoy the Nuage. Camille at the front desk was an amazing help!!!

Its a newly renovated hotel. there are many restaurants around, room is clean our bathroom has a long sink with 2 faucets which we love. i would stay here again
