Chateau Frontenac Hotel

The room was beautiful and the location was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location for this hotel is perfect, you are in walking distance of the Arc de Triumph and the Eiffel tower. The subway station and shopping area are also easily accessible from this hotel location.

We had booked the classic max room and paid a premium to have a special room when we arrived we were booked in a classic room on the lower level, we explained we had booked for a classic max and the concierge moved us the next day to a smaller room .

Beautiful hotel with nice, spacious rooms in an excellent location right of Champs Elysees. Bell staff and front desk were extremely attentive and helpful.

Bar/restaurant was dull and staff standoff-ish.

The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and efficient. Their recommendations were superb., and they were very sensitive to our needs.

Breakfast was the best part of the hotel experience.

The hotel advertised we¿d be able to see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel and we could not. The tub was too high and I needed a step stool to get in and out which is dangerous. The room was too small/tight. We asked for extra towels and never received it

The size of room initially given was extremely small. We agreed to pay a supplement for a better room. Second room was excellent.

Staff are amazing, location is perfect and the room was very clean.

Restaurant and bar area being renovated which I was not aware of at the point of booking.

Location was excellent, great service. I always try to stay here when I'm in town for work. I was sad the restaurant was closed for renovation, I love to have a cocktail downstairs in the evenings.

Would love the option to select a room with a balcony. While there are options online to select a suite, multiple beds, etc, I would love the chance to book with the preference for a balcony.

The location. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Paris ?

Only one elevator and it’s very small. We found mouse ? in the lobby.

Excellent location, Clean, and the staff was very polite. My kid got sick during our vacations and they helped us with everything and different staff members were asking us daily about her, thank you so much!

Everything was excellent! We stayed in the suite and it was extremely clean and spacious. We arrived around 9am and they allowed us to check in - which them allowed us to explore the city sooner than we had anticipated! It’s in a perfect location. Close enough to it all. Highly recommend!
