Location - Was Excellent

This is not a '5 Star' Hotel. The room smelled like smoke (musty and mildew). The Bathtub drain broke and we asked 3 times for it to be fixed, but it never was fixed by the time we left. The room, especially the bathroom needs a renovation.

overall good. made double booking by mistake but the hotel was not cooperative to fix the mistake..ended up paying double. they did not offer an upgrade.

The ceiling above my bed was very low and unsafe, as I kept hitting my head every time I tried to stand up

big mistake in the room and swapping my room with another room of my friend and on checkout found out by mistake the exchange of the room while I left the hotel one day ahead of my stay because of the room and and Heater in the room not working room was freezing

Very expensive for the service offered. It hasn’t breakfast included and the option for guests is not good, the food is poor as others around. The support service is not good.

The took a security deposit and until now they have not refunded it yet despite that they confirmed that the amount would be refunded

The room was not cleaned properly before check in. Sofa bed still had previous guests spotty bedsheets, hair and a shopping bag! Room smelled like eggs…not acceptable.

The location was good & it was clean.

They made me pay city taxes, meanwhile I have been paid everything through booking.

Greetings,I would like to inform you that during my stay, I requested 4 bottles of water and was told that each bottle costs €5. I agreed, as I needed them to prepare milk for my child.The following day, after housekeeping cleaned the room, a bottle of water was placed. When I asked, I was informed that one bottle is provided free daily, although I had previously been told that only the first day includes complimentary water.I kindly request that the hotel’s water policy be clearly communicated from the beginning to avoid any confusion.Sincerely,
