It was clean, and the building is brand new.

Not a good deal: Long walk from Gare de Lyon; No sign outside-difficult to find even if you walk right by it; Stupidly designed room with stove immediately on one side of the bed, tiny table on the other; no AC and had to beg for a fan stuck to my sheets

Very comfortable and close to the train station. Grocery and pet food store nice and close.

The staff at the reception was friendly.

The entire facility has one iron and you have to leave your ID at the front desk to get it. Every room should have an iron.

Very comfortable bed, clean rooms and the kitchen has pots an pans on great shape to cook something quick

Our room had a problem with the water from the toilet, one day the water was surrounding the entire toilet, other than that, the room was very good

Clean and spacious room, kitchenette, perfect location (10mn walk from the train station), quiet area. The staff were welcoming, polite, and friendly! Better than expected (compared to other hotels I've stayed in Paris)

Great location, kitchenette very helpful - allowed to eat in room and not have to go to restaurant all the time. I had a business call before I could check in and they allowed me to use the conference room which was very appreciated.

Late check in but did allow me to store luggage and go out.

The first room surprisingly didn’t meet our expectations. But the staff investigated our complaints and changed it quickly! So, compliments to the staff for their customer-friendly approach! We liked the second room! It was snug and clean. Fresh air in the room.

In general, the carpet on the corridor was stained and therefore, not pleasant. The windows can be cleaned better.

Perfect stay esp with our last minute early morning check in! Thank you sm! Breakfast was amazing and so was the receptionist!

The reason why I booked the Residome is because I was really satisfied on 2022 but it was the one in Bordeaux. I was really disappointed with that location, old carpet on the hallway ( 3rd floor) dirty. The room is old and a little smelly

The hotel was very flexible and accomodating. I told them i need to do an early check in at 10AM since i was traveling all the way from Zurich. They did their best to do it, and upon my arrival they gave me access to my room at 10AM. Thanks so much!

I loved having a little kitchen and dining area.

I wished for AC! I was with a group and some rooms got super hot.

The room is nice and has an equipped kitchen, They have a hood gym. Nice and calm location and it’s very close to the Gare de Lyon main station

There was no air condition in the room, so we couldn’t sleep at night because of the heat

It’s good for 1-2 nights and probably only if you need the train station because the area is not that lucrative otherwise (compared to the rest of Paris). Either way, it’s close to cool neighborhoods

The property is conveniently located near a metro station (M6 line), which made getting around the city fairly easy. However, it’s quite far from major landmarks like the Eiffel Tower—about a 40-minute journey, for example. The apartment had a useful kitchenette, which was great for preparing simple meals, and one plus was that they kindly stored our luggage until the apartment was ready for check-in.

They don’t provide any cleaning services for stays under 7 nights—we stayed for 6 nights, so we had to manage the garbage ourselves and do a bit of tidying up around the apartment, which wasn’t ideal.

Easy walk to Gare de Lyon, quiet and safe neighbourhood.

The place was exactly as described, clean and well situated. 10min walk to Gare de Lyon, RER A and Metro. Staff is very friendly. There is a Lidl around the corner and everything you need within 10 min walk. Bercy Village is walking distance too.

We thought breakfast was pricy (17euro each). But with Lidl around the corner you can get nice fruit, yogurt and croissants very easily and good value.

The room looked just like the pictures provided. A studio with a kitchenette and nice balcony we felt homely. It was important for us that the place was quiet: the area is quiet and the hotel has good soundproofing and the bed was comfotable, so we slept well! Decent sized bathroom and shower with good pressure.

We stayed for 6 nights, so we expected the towels should changed, but they didn't. Among allowed equipment list was coffee machine, but actually there was only a kettle.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great location for Gare de Lyon. Clean. Great amenities

Spacious room for stay in Paris! I personally loved the room design, very welcoming. Quiet property / area even it just next to GdL. Many eateries nearby. Paris 12th really a nice area to explore. Not to forget their friendly front desk team. I’ll definitely come back in the future

I can’t find any negative comments about this place.
